Very nice clean and comfortable apartment on 7th floor, with views of the ocean. Although it is a studio it is quite roomy and well laid out. Adequate kitchen for preparing breakfast or even light meals. Comfortable seating with table, and bar stools for breakfast bar. Good lighting and power sockets/USB ports at bedside. Balcony with seating which is largely shaded during the day and from which you can enjoy the sunset. Nice rooftop pool which we used, with nobody else there. Roshan is a very kind and helpful host, and responds promptly to any queries. He very generously allowed us to use another apartment for a few hours as we had a late flight. The apartment is also great value and definitely preferable to some of the nearby hotels. The journey to the airport by car is around 30 minutes. There are numerous restaurants in the area and small supermarkets. Highly recommended.

It had everything I needed, including some of the best snacks and drinks. Wi-Fi worked well, the host was super kind, and the free transfer to the airport in the morning for my flight was perfect. Definitely recommend.

Feels like a private villa. The owner, Nelson, is very nice, speaks fluent English, and can drive you from the airport anytime. The housekeeper Basil is also nice and makes good sri lankan or Western breakfast. 20 minutes drive from airport and 40 min from colombo.
