Very nice clean and comfortable apartment on 7th floor, with views of the ocean. Although it is a studio it is quite roomy and well laid out. Adequate kitchen for preparing breakfast or even light meals. Comfortable seating with table, and bar stools for breakfast bar. Good lighting and power sockets/USB ports at bedside. Balcony with seating which is largely shaded during the day and from which you can enjoy the sunset. Nice rooftop pool which we used, with nobody else there. Roshan is a very kind and helpful host, and responds promptly to any queries. He very generously allowed us to use another apartment for a few hours as we had a late flight. The apartment is also great value and definitely preferable to some of the nearby hotels. The journey to the airport by car is around 30 minutes. There are numerous restaurants in the area and small supermarkets. Highly recommended.

Family downstairs super friendly and well organised. Lagoon area a short walk away.

Set in Katunayake, SEBASTIAN TRANSIT KATUNAYAKE is a recently renovated accommodation, 7.6 km from St Anthony's Church and 29 km from R Premadasa Stadium. Great apartment near the airport. It had everything I needed, including some of the best snacks and drinks. Wi-Fi worked well, the host was super kind, and the free transfer to the airport in the morning for my flight was perfect. Definitely recommend.

They don't have restaurant (they are building one) but they can take you to a near places to eat. The room is big, clean and confortable. Everything you need. They are making improvements so it will be even better in the next few years.

The location was great, everything is walking distance. The place is cozy with an amazing view. Definitely go for a swim at sunset on the rooftop swim pool.

With Negombo Beach reachable in 50 metres, OCEAN BREEZE By LIVINJI - LUXURY APARTMENTS features accommodation, a restaurant, a rooftop pool, a fitness centre and a bar. Overall, everything was very good, and I appreciated the hospitality. However, I believe it would be more convenient to have bathroom amenities available for guests. Additionally, I noticed that the water pressure in the shower was quite low, which made for a less enjoyable experience.

He is extremely friendly, helpful, and always available to assist whenever needed.
