Negombo Ocean Breeze Luxury Studio by Serendib Vacation has sea views, free WiFi and free private parking, situated in Negombo, a few steps from Negombo Beach. The property was well furnished , in an excellent location. Great sea views from the balcony . Sara the owner was very obliging with allowing me to use another apartment due to arriving before check in time. I was met at the airport as arranged for a 4.30 am arrival. Mr Roshan the apartment manager was super kind and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I highly recommend this apartment .

Very nice small hotel, the whole hotel is very clean and tidy! Every corner is spotless, the rooms have air conditioning and mineral water, and there is hot water for bathing. The landlord received us very politely and told us that there were supermarkets and cafes nearby, where we could buy affordable food and supplies. In short, we liked the hotel very much.

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony, Seaside luxury apartments is situated in Negombo. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. This property delivers what it promises and does so well. The owner is exceptionally helpful - including advising us on the best travel connections to get to Negombo, and checking in during our stay whether there was anything we needed. The pool is perfect, well maintained and warm. The appartments was spacious, modern, clean and comfortable, and while we didn’t try to cook in the apartment, we did make use of the refrigerator and other kitchen items to do some very minimal self catering. The location was great for us, being at the northerly end of Negombo beach and an easy walk to bars and restaurants, but on the edge so it was quiet at night. We paid about $70 US a night for three people and this felt like a good deal for what this property offered.

Prime location near the beach, and super nice suprise that we could use all facilities in de building. Decoration of the appartement was also super cute.

It has a large kitchen to cook in and a lovely view. Nisal checked me in and was an excellent host. It is across the road from the beach and walking distance to great restaurants. The bed is comfortable, the decor is tasteful. Highly recommended
