Everything was lovely, we did love it, we have used the company before and we were expecting the same level on this property as well, and it has not disappointed us.

Room was lovely and it was a a little noisy on a Saturday as it was above a bar. Overall, an excellent experience management and staff were amazing and very helpful.

Amazingly helpful staff with great service and friendly attitude, warmly decorated, clean rooms. A great location in the middle of Alton. Would definitely be back again.

Everyone was so welcoming and lovely, could not do enough for you. Being a solo traveller I was grateful they were so friendly And the beds were soooo comfy, loved my stay

It was at a convenient location for my visit, walking distance to Jane Austen house or Alton. Alternatively you can take the bus. It's cute, tiny, but has everything needed for a short stay. It was quiet during the night. The pub next to it had really good dinner and breakfast, with attentive staff and nice local people hanging out.
