Amazingly helpful staff with great service and friendly attitude, warmly decorated, clean rooms. A great location in the middle of Alton. Would definitely be back again.

It was quiet during the night. The pub next to it had really good dinner and breakfast, with attentive staff and nice local people hanging out.

My daughter and I shared a room and they appointed it with hot chocolate and tea, the TV had good kids programs available and the downstairs pub had kids menus and was very kind to children overall. It was also stylishly decorated with beautiful country touches, delicious food and drinks, and the outdoor garden was lovely.
