The property was built in 2021 and has air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony. The pool features a fence and pool views. Amazing view, great accommodation, clean and everything you need. I totally recommend it! The host is a very helpful and nice person, gave us tips regarding restaurants and beaches, and helped us with everything we needed along the way. The only not so great thing that, anyway, it is not in anybody's power, are the mosquitoes that do not really let you stay peacefully at the pool in the evening.
Pramanta
Located 1 km from Anemotrypa Cave, Liontos Rooms offers accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi. It is set 48 km from Kastritsa cavern and provides room service. The holiday home features family rooms. Nice and clean room and bathroom. The breakfast was mouth-watering and also included local products. The host was friendly and eager to suggest the area's attractions.

It was very clean and new had lots of features in the apartment. Pool was lovely outside garden lovely and outside swings. Very close walking distance to harbour and shops and restaurants.

The property is non-smoking and is located 1.6 km from Kiani Akti Beach. We had a very comfortable 3 night stay. The house had plenty of space and was clean and well equipped. The outside area is also lovely for sitting out. It was easy to find parking and the house is a few minutes walk to the shopping area, cafeterias and harbour front.

The stay at natura luxury villas was excellent. Everything was perfect, the rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. The hostess were very polite and helpful. The location is perfect only 10 minutes to Parga center.
Everything was great! The villas were new, with great setting inside and outside, very clean. The staff came everyday to change towels, make the beds and were very polite. The host was amazing and very friendly. Also the views from the villas were absolutely stunning and it was really nice staying in the pool and watching it. Everything was great!
The private pool was our favourite thing about the property, it was great. The view from the balcony in the evening was amazing. The location was good, close enough to town and to some nice beaches. The villa was clean and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay in Sivota.
Stunning views and fantastic luxury outdoor space. The garden decor was beautiful, with lots of space, a great BBQ and amazing infinity pool. Inside was immaculate and in pristine condition. The villa was well equipped and had everything we needed and more. Nice to be just outside Parga and close to local beach and bars. Definitely recommend and would love to go back.
Very secluded place, there are 4 villas, but all of them has it's own isolated area, villa was well decorated and equipped. In 5 minutes drive you can reach the nearest town Perdika, where you can find supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. Villas have incredible ionian sea scenery. Pool is cleaned every day by a person very early in the morning, house cleaning and towels and sheets are changed every other day.

This is one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. The villa had all the seclusion and luxury that you'd want from a private villa while being next to the beach. The staff and owner were all incredibly friendly and helpful. While it is a little out of the centre, the owner gives a list of friendly recommend taxis that make trips onto town seamless. If you are looking for a stunning retreat with lots of chances romance then you have found your villa.
