What a beautiful home and hoast. Areti really has thought of everything a guest would need. It was easy to cook as her kitchen was well stocked with equipment. A lovely apartment comfortable for a family of 4. The property was really clean, the views were very beautiful and very conveniently situated close to igoumenista port and lots of local beautiful beaches.

Newly renovated. Very nice and clean room. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. Easy to get in touch with the host even though we booked less than one hour before arrival. Close to Plataria center and the marina. We highly recommend this place. We have our boat in the marina and will use it for friends and family visiting us in the future.

It was like our own little holiday retreat. The villa was spacious with bedrooms, bathroom, sitting room and a fully equipped kitchen. It had amazing views of the sea and you could walk 5 minutes to a small beach. It was a short drive to town. I loved that we could do our laundry here. It had a coffee machine and great coffee. The host left us a lovely welcome package of goodies and was available if we needed assistance.

I was with my girlfriend and my friend with his wife. I like that the house have 2 separate bedrooms so we all had own privacy. From this point of view, this is the perfect choise to stay in Syvota. On the top room there was kitchen with living room. House have everything that your stay can make very pleasant, and all the devices and machines can facilitates your stay.

Spacious, comfortable house with a very well equipped kitchen. Three well separated bedrooms with comfortable beds. All rooms are air-conditioned. Large terrace with wonderful sea views. The hosts are very welcoming, with an almost fully stocked fridge (fruit, water, soft drinks, wine - in a separate wine fridge! -, pastries, oil, spices, coffee, ice cream, etc). Super luxury apartment. Everything is modern and luxurious. It has a small balcony with chairs to watch the world go by. The owners provided fruit which was very welcome as we hadn’t managed to eat before we arrived.

Very clean silent place. The enterence is directly from tha main road which ptovides an easy access with car to the private parking. A short Walking distance to the small village and sea. The owner is such a nice lady, she picked up some figs from her garden for us. She made us felt like home.
The mansion was gorgeous! Very aesthetic and eye pleasing. The owner is very friendly and kind, he made sure our stay was great. The inside is spacious and well cleaned, the bedrooms come with a fan and air conditioner, such good equipment for the hot days of Greece! The shower was great too, the water pressure is perfect. The Village is located just outside town, which is a big plus in my opinion. There's also a big garden and ample parking space. The communication, service, and check-in experience were also great.

The villas are new and in a beautiful location, overlooking an olive grove. The hosts are very nice and did their best to insure us a comfortable stay. We very much appreciated the home made pies they gave us each morning for breakfast. We’d for sure like to come back.
The hotel is just in front of the harbour, so it's really easy to reach and has its own parking. The building and the room are definitely not modern, so if you're looking for luxury you're in the wrong place. But everything works perfectly: a/c, bathroom, fridge. You have all you need for a short stay. We will surely choose it again.
