The house resembles a fairytale. Is big, very clean with a unique decoration. You can't get enough of it! Antigoni is a great hostess and along with Magda will make sure your stay there is smooth and will make you feel comfortable immediately. The house is located in a central place close to many amenities and beaches but the neighbourhood is quiet. We are so happy we found this gem for our holidays in Parga! Thank you for having us!

Villas are very nice. Looks as on the images posted here. They are spacious, well decorated, and equipped with anything you need. Pool and the villa itself get cleaned every day. There is a big and spacious parking at the back. Also being located into the forest, outside of the village, villas are very quiet and relaxefull. The host is a very nice and friendly lady. We had some wine and bevarages left in the fridge, as well as some food for our first breakfast. We got coffee capsulse every morning. There was also a very delicious lemon jam left for us. It was one of the tastiest things we have ever tried. We were 4 people and all of us loved it! We got 2 extra jars of it on our departure, which was such a lovely gester from our host. THANK YOU SO MUCH, Danae! :)

Amazing location set in a classic mountain town very close to Parga, around 6km drive. Stefanos son Vasilis, who was present on arrival was an amazing little translator to English (As we do not speak Greek) that made the communication a breeze. The location of the place is as authentic as you can get, basically on a cliff / mountain top, getting there through the tightest of small streets where Stefanos provides a pick up service and takes all luggage to the location, and then back to your car when leaving, as its will literally be impossible to drive your car to the house. It's a very short walk for the rest of your party to the house which only provides memories that will last forever.

It’s a very stylish and spacious studio apartment, with a well equipped kitchen just off to the side to ensure a comfortable longer holiday. Had the best sleep ever on the firm king-size bed. Don’t know why you would stay in a hotel instead of here. Also the friendly lady host offered us chocolate cake soon after we checked in. A nice welcome!

Blue Lilac is the most amazing villa we've stayed in. It's very new and very well maintained and cleaned. It's a beautiful and thoughtfully designed building with an amazing infinity pool with a stunning view over Parga. Elia is an excellent host, there when you need him, but respectful of your space also.

The convenient, quiet and pretty location just above Parga meant we could benefit from views and a breeze and feel immersed in nature whilst being able to quickly get into town. The villa itself was very clean and well appointed with a lovely and very generous outdoor space and a private pool that was bigger than we expected and the rooms were comfortable and A/C very good.
Nancy and Stefanos were very helpful and responsive, particularly when we had an emergency medical request and the cleaner was also very sweet and helpful and kept the villa spotless. Lastly, the gardens and surrounding olive groves are stunning, we could not stop taking pictures. We would love to come back and see how Asaya Hills Villas develops in the coming years and wish Nancy and Stefanos the best of luck!

Lovely peaceful location yet 15/ 20 mins walk from the valtos beach and restaurants there . Quite a steep walk.into parga old town but certainly manage able in 40 mins.
Definitely coming back to stay here
Everything was great! The villas were new, with great setting inside and outside, very clean. The staff came everyday to change towels, make the beds and were very polite. The host was amazing and very friendly. Also the views from the villas were absolutely stunning and it was really nice staying in the pool and watching it. Everything was great!
Villas Meraki had everything you need for a great stay. The villa and pool were spotlessly clean, very comfortable sunbeds. Location perfect and quiet but within walking distance to Valtos beach and has a great local supermarket nearby. Andreas is a really friendly and helpful host, you really couldn't ask for anything more! Will definitely be coming back!
Blue Lilac Villa is truly beautiful with stunning views from the villa,infinity pool, garden and terrace, all of which are kept immaculetley. Everything was perfect for our stay with comfy beds and great bathrooms. Most of all was the very warm welcome from Elia who was so kind, generous and helpful. Elia and his brother have done a wonderful job with Blue Lilac Villas, we could not have wished for a nicer place to stay.
Stunning views and fantastic luxury outdoor space. The garden decor was beautiful, with lots of space, a great BBQ and amazing infinity pool.
Inside was immaculate and in pristine condition. The villa was well equipped and had everything we needed and more.
Nice to be just outside Parga and close to local beach and bars.

The villas are new, located in a quite area. Perfect if you want to get away from the noise.
They get a lot of sunshine during the day, which in combination with the small private pool makes it great for sunbathing. The pool is also great for kids. Our daugther loved it.
