The Villa was located right on the beach with direct access through the gate. We had 3 tavernas within a few minutes walk and were close to the beautiful Preveza.
The apartment was beautifully designed with a spectacular terrace overlooking the sea. The inside space was modern, stylish and generous - even better than the photos!
Our hosts were so welcoming and accommodating - Athina and Billy couldn't do enough for us and gave us local recommendations and helped us make arrangements for trips etc. Thank you!

Our stay at Villa Manolia in Preveza, Greece, was absolutely fantastic, and we can't wait to come again! This villa is a dream come true for families and groups of friends.
The spacious living room and terrace were perfect for us to relax and hang out, and the barbecue area added some extra fun to our outdoor gatherings. The brand new outdoor pool was not just refreshing but also looked stunning at night when it was all lit up.
We were blown away by the huge garden, which gave us complete privacy with no neighbors in sight. This meant we had peace and quiet all the time, making it an ideal spot for remote work. We could focus without any interruptions.
Let's talk about Fotis, our host – he was amazing! Fotis gave us fantastic recommendations for local restaurants, beaches, and activities, making our trip even more special. And to top it off, he spoiled us with delicious coffee and treated us to a Greek dinner at a hidden local tavern. It was one of the highlights of our stay!
As for the location, you can't beat it. Villa Manolia is in the perfect spot, making it super easy to get to the beautiful beaches of Parga, Lefkada, and Preveza. It's a central hub for exploring the region.

Everything was great! House was very clean, equiped with everything you need, big yard with parking just for you, everything is new, A/C in every room, host super responsive, warm and kind. Fantastic place for a nice and serene holiday. The nearest beach was not very crowded, so it was a real joy! Yet close to more crowded places/beaches for those who prefers more crowded and loud places/beaches. Beach and supermarket are very very close. While we were there, there was always a light breeze, so high summer temperatures were easily bearable. All to all I can highly recomend this house!

Such nice people… Jorjo and his lovely staff could not do enough for me. Great little Greek village, location right by the beach with some classy restaurants. The hotel was top class and the omelette for breakfast was the best I have had. Overall that was a lovely experience.
Friendly helpful owner (despite not speaking any English) all very clean and modern basic kitchen facilities in room, which meant that not providing breakfast was not a problem. Lovely hotel in great location near to Monolithi beach. Staff wonderful collected us from airport and back. Provided a map of the village with restaurants and supermarkets which was very helpful. The rooms are spotless and cleaned daily, the bedding and towels were frequently changed and were of very good quality. But most of all the friendliness and atmosphere was wonderful. Hope we can visit again one day.

But the highlight of our stay there were our hosts. Dimitrios, Jakovos and Sonja. They were nice and helpful all the time. They always had a smile for us.

Great sea view, great service, and the best host Dimitris who will make you feel like home even before you arrive. And who will do his best to make your holidays perfect when you are there. The village is rather quite, but with all the services you need within walking distance from the appartments. We had breakfast in the hotel just next to the apartments. For only 7 EUR pp it was rich enough, and served also with great care of the kindest owner Sonya. Can nothing but recommend!
Very good hotel with friendly and helpful staff. It's located in a village with many taverns and beach bars. Perfect place for tourists who just like the sun and beach, away from urban noise. If you have a car, there are many interesting places to see too.
I like everything. The hosts were very friendly and helped for everything you need. The apartment is located in a small and quiet village, near Preveza and Lefkada. The cleanliness was excellent and they clean floors every day and change towels and sheets every 3 days. A beach is in front of the hotel, with free sunbeds and umbrellas. Monolithi beach is also organized beache with good Lithos beach bar and it is nearby Faros apartment.
