Very secluded place, there are 4 villas, but all of them has it's own isolated area, villa was well decorated and equipped. In 5 minutes drive you can reach the nearest town Perdika, where you can find supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. Villas have incredible ionian sea scenery. Pool is cleaned every day by a person very early in the morning, house cleaning and towels and sheets are changed every other day.

We stayed there for one night. The town is beautiful and the apartment is very close to the beach and the restaurants. It is very roomy but a little empty. For one night it was more than fine.

Elix and especially the private pool suite is unique in it’s comfort and view. Watching the sunset from there is astonishing. As a guest with autism this suite provided me a way to relax at my own pool without any external stimuli. The staff is working tremendously hard, is very professional and really kind.
Lovely private villa with beautiful views and quiet location. It was beautifully decorated and felt like a home from home, the villa was spotless and was cleaned everyday by a lovely lady.
Not a criticism but to enhance further experiences for others, a swing eggchair on the balcony would of been lovely and larger towels but all in all a perfect holiday!

Super host Maria could not do more for you. She makes the place amazing. Best breakfast. Spacious apartment. Beautiful pool. Felt relaxed and welcomed. Easy walk to beaches and easy drive to local villages. 👌
Brand new property with private pool and nice view for relaxing moments in walking distance from village center with large variety of restaurants and short driving distance from nice beaches.
Modern, clean, comfortable accommodation with a lovely private pool and outdoor area. Tzeni and Dimitris work very hard and make you feel very welcome with surprise delicious treats. Perdika has a good choice of restaurants and we had an excellent meal at The Crabs Taverna. Our favourite beach is Arillas. We would definitely go back again.
