We have travelled many places in Greece, and this was one of our favorite stays. While the actual Villa is modest, the enormous patio with sweeping views of the sea, shaded by old pine trees was incredible. My two year old loved having a large, outdoor space where he could wander. The Villa is walking distance to several nearby beaches, and well as to restaurants, bakeries, and markets in Syvota. We also drove into Parga several days to take advantage of the great beaches, plentiful shopping, and food there.
Place was clean and stocked with necessities, and the host was communicative and helpful.

on arrival both of the host gave us a warm welcome, everything got explained to us very well,our request for staying longer than the check out time was no problem.

Spacious, comfortable, well equipped house. Nice views from the top floor. Easy to park. Christiana was welcoming and available to help.. The location is apart from main roads, very quite and full with natural sounds.

If you get an apartment the view is great and you basically have a private pool for yourself! The bar is also very nice. You have AC in the room which for very hot days is a perfect addition. The staff was very kind and smiley.
Simply wonderful! Impeccably clean! Excellent view from the studios and from the pool. The owner, Soulla was there for all our needs and gave us great tips for restaurants and beaches. The village, Perdika is charming and lively, without the crowds of tourists present in other, more known places. Also very close to beautiful beaches.

cool off. My hubby loved Perdika and Karavostasi beach and of course the lovely Jenny who brought us fab food every morning….our fave was Filo pastry with Feta cheese

Very secluded place, there are 4 villas, but all of them has it's own isolated area, villa was well decorated and equipped. In 5 minutes drive you can reach the nearest town Perdika, where you can find supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. Villas have incredible ionian sea scenery. Pool is cleaned every day by a person very early in the morning, house cleaning and towels and sheets are changed every other day.
Elix and especially the private pool suite is unique in it’s comfort and view. Watching the sunset from there is astonishing. As a guest with autism this suite provided me a way to relax at my own pool without any external stimuli. The staff is working tremendously hard, is very professional and really kind.
Lovely private villa with beautiful views and quiet location. It was beautifully decorated and felt like a home from home, the villa was spotless and was cleaned everyday by a lovely lady.
Not a criticism but to enhance further experiences for others, a swing eggchair on the balcony would of been lovely and larger towels but all in all a perfect holiday!
