The evening meal was delicious and the we ate in the Bistro, at a time that suited us. The breakfast was a good mixture of cooked and continental breakfast. You could help yourself to as much as you wanted. The room was very clean and comfortable and we had a great nights sleep. We did part of the history walk around the village and learnt a lot about the surrounding area. It was the perfect place to stay
A lovely cooked breakfast. A pretty quiet village, very peaceful
Great location, in a village. Hotel rooms had modern touch, but kept historic feel. Food was good, no complaints from me. I had evening meal and breakfast Staff polite. Would definitely stay again.
We could arrive at our own time. The key lock box was easy to find. The cottage was lovely with a mountain stream and a little beach right behind the house. We loved having our meals on the terrace listening to the water. The village has a nice little pub and everyone was very friendly.
Very well equipped, central location, brilliant outside space, tastefully decorated. Lovely village lots of pubs and restaurants.
The location is fantastic, offering a beautiful view of the village and being very close to the river. The building is very well-maintained and clean. The bar area is cozy and comfortable, and there is a beautiful breakfast area with well-presented background music. The breakfast is very nice, and the staff is very friendly.
