Cosy little cottage, with a lovely kitchen and comfy sitting room. Two double bedrooms - so much better than having singles in one of them! Also the host was lovely and understanding when we had to call as we were lost trying to find it!

The location was stunning, it was a fantastic place for 20 friends to bunk up, with lovely warm communal kitchen, wonderful log burner, the showers and toilets far exceeded what we expected. The photos are great but don't do the place the justice it deserves. The parking was great for us as we didn't need to consider others, (we had 10 vehicles). The place was lovely and clean and tidy when we arrived - thank you to who ever keeps it.

Extremely clean and fantastic kitchen with all required utensils and cooking equipment. Great remote location. Loads of wood for fires, unfortunately,
couldn't have a fire or pizza out doors due to weather. Great showers.

The location is fantastic, offering a beautiful view of the village and being very close to the river. The building is very well-maintained and clean. The bar area is cozy and comfortable, and there is a beautiful breakfast area with well-presented background music. The breakfast is very nice, and the staff is very friendly.
Fantastic breakfast and really chatty friendly staff.
Plenty of off street parking and special under cover area for us as we were on motorcycles.
Right in the centre of the village so really easy access to all amenities.
The property is in a very rural location, quite and not much traffic. Accommodation was excellent had all i needed, food good and has a lovely bar and seating area. Staff are first class and village community owned and its a credit to them.
Quiet location next to the small village church, perfect for walks in the pretty countryside. We would have liked to stay another night to enjoy the surroundings! Staff and locals were really friendly and immediately felt at home. We really liked that the pub is owned by the locals, who saved it from closing down during Covid. Room was comfortable and breakfast was delicious, everything we hoped for and we would definitely recommend!
Lovely accommodation and bar/restaurant in a quiet location. Very friendly staff with good food. Clean and comfortable rooms. Good dinner and breakfast.
Very busy for a Sunday evening in a small remote Welsh village, great atmosphere.
We liked that it was a small pub, situated in a quiet, pretty little village near the river Ebw. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The pub was busy but we didn't have to wait for anything and we were acknowledged quickly and shown our room. The room was clean and a good size with two single beds that were both of a good size. The evening food was well priced and sized and we were very satisfied! The beer was also very well priced and equally as tasty would definitely visit again.
Our stay at Lakeview Lodge was delightful! The lodge was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy retreat for our night away. The owners' communication was excellent, and the thoughtful touches, like the treats for us, made us feel truly welcome. Definitely exceeded our expections.
Fantastic stay! Booked a work retreat for a group of 23. The property was perfect, can’t fault it. Plenty of space for different activities and also for people to have their own time whether it was for games or quiet reading. Everyone had their own room which was great too!
