The place was super charming and perfect for us as we were going to the Greenman festival the next day which was a few miles away. We didn't see the hosts but we knew they were nearby if there had been any problems. Comfy bed and a beautiful location.

Perfect location in a lovely little village. Breakfast provided and restocked each day which was lovely. The loveliest fluffy towels too! David was great and gave us some great tips on where to eat in the area and places to visit.
The breakfast was delicious and served earlier than usual because we had an appointment to keep

Comfortable. Settee in large room to sit and read or watch tv. In a pleasant small village easy to reach Hay on Wye especially for the book festival. Very helpful and friendly staff. great breakfast. Near to restaurant and with possibility of bringing own food into room with table and with cutlery available Certainly hope to visit again.
The staff was kind and willing. Early check-in was possible. The dinner food was aceptable. Parking is possible without problems. The surrounding and the small village of Talgath was beautiful and ideal for a walk.
The house was full of old world charm but with all modern facilities. Everywhere was clean and the beds very comfortable. The house was situated in the centre of the village close to the pub and shops but also plenty of walking tracks from there.
Lovely little town/village. The apartment was very close to a green grocer snd deli, and a butchers shop and even a pub! There is also a co-op within walking distance. Really appreciated the local walking guides that were provided - we loved being able to get out on a interesting route without taking the car.
