This villa with garden views features parquet floors, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer. The air-conditioned accommodation is equipped with a kitchen. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. The location was very neat, simple and clean. The small, but lovely, private yard and the proximity to the beach (1 minute walking distance) were a big plus. We were looking for a cosy and picturesque place, where we would have privacy and it's exactly what we got. The hosts were also very friendly and ready to help. We would like to stay there again if we ever visit Balchik again.

Great place for families with small children. The property is maintained very well, the villas ae spacious and the air conditioning is great.
The landscape is spectacular, the golf course is well-maintained, and it was a pleasure to take the buggy and admire the other villas while going towards the other points of interest. Additionally, the massage with traditional essential oils is wonderful.
Everything was great villas were fantastic, location was perfect for us because we had 2 German Shepherds with us and the beach was a 10 minute of road walk. The staff were extremely friendly and loved our dogs, will like to visit again next year.
We stayed in the villas, great view, big space and overall the location is quite nice. For golf is very good, but this time we was combining with beach time. The breakfast was impressive with fresh orange juice, fresh fruits, hot bread etc.
The villas are a great way to be near the nature and the beach one step away. The staff was nice and helpful. Three girls from the animation were doing good with the kids. We chose the bed only option but there are good restaurants nearby.
The beach is great. The villas area is beautiful and quite, with private pools, they are the only reason I would come back so that I would try one of them. The water slides are a lot of fun.

Hotel is on the beach and it's surrounded by a large garden that can be used in the afternoon to play with the kids when it's hot to stay on the beach. There are 3 new buildings located near to beach and an older big building and several villas located in the garden. The food is very good and diversified including mussels, squid, or octopus in some days. The drinks are local, beer and wine are fine. I recommend the fruit rakia. The beach is large and pretty clean and the sand is fine with few small white seashells and no pebbles.
Very good value for the price. The staff (reception, restaurant, cleaning) is very professional and friendly. Very clean room (Marina and Svetka are doing a great job). Good breakfast (but there is room for improvement). Good restaurant. In the back of the hotel there is a woody.green hill full of villas and orchards. Fresh air. The hotel is relatively close to the Queen May's Palace and the Botanical Garden.
