The place is really quiet, it has an amazing garden a private parking space and it's really close to the beach. It was really close to the place where I needed to be and it has not big building around so it's an amazing spot to be in.

This is a new villa, fully furnished with everything you may need (no dishwasher) for a short or long stay. There are 3 AC in the villa - in the 2 bedrooms and in the living room. The yard behind the villa is great place to relax or cook your lunch /dinner on the BBQ, next time we will try it!
Didn't manage to walk a lot in the area, it's most likely for a car, as you enter the complex through a barrier and you pay the parking every time you get out,unless you have a daily card.
The owner is very helpful and professional, responsive. It is self check in which was great for us or someone who arrives late, for example.
Would recommend and would come again here with friends!

The villa was great and it had everything my family needed. We were warmly welcomed by the host and given an overview of the house. The house is beautifully decorated and it was a home away from home for us. Host helped us with anything we needed and was so nice. We hope to be back soon!

Pleasant place (hotel comprising of about 10 villas) in a quiet neighbourhood. Fresh air, located close to a large forest. 10min easy walk from the beach. That part of the beach wasn't as crowded as the Central beach of Kranevo, which was a bonus.
The property is near the beach, which is private. It consists of a set of villas and a more classical hotel. There are also a couple of pools generally available for all guests, with a small number of facilities for children. There is also a basketball / volley / football field.
Everything was great villas were fantastic, location was perfect for us because we had 2 German Shepherds with us and the beach was a 10 minute of road walk. The staff were extremely friendly and loved our dogs, will like to visit again next year.
The villas are a great way to be near the nature and the beach one step away. The staff was nice and helpful. Three girls from the animation were doing good with the kids. We chose the bed only option but there are good restaurants nearby.
The beach is great. The villas area is beautiful and quite, with private pools, they are the only reason I would come back so that I would try one of them.
The water slides are a lot of fun.
the location is right on the beach, the royal club villas although hidden in the shadow of the park still have nice sea view in the distance. Rooms were clean, the staff friendly without being intrusive. we notified the reception about a broken Moskito net, it was repaired within an hour. beach was clean, quiet (no loud music). nice drinks. buffet style restaurant was amazing. entertainment for kids varied. all in all a relaxing stay.
Hotel is on the beach and it's surrounded by a large garden that can be used in the afternoon to play with the kids when it's hot to stay on the beach. There are 3 new buildings located near to beach and an older big building and several villas located in the garden.
The food is very good and diversified including mussels, squid, or octopus in some days.
The drinks are local, beer and wine are fine. I recommend the fruit rakia.
The beach is large and pretty clean and the sand is fine with few small white seashells and no pebbles.
