The venue offered self-catering accommodation, but we were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful gesture of a bowl of fruit upon our arrival. With Boris's helpful assistance whenever we needed it, we quickly felt right at home. We enjoyed a thorough cleaning of the entire property, with the cleaners meticulously attending to every detail 5 days into our stay. In addition, the pool and jacuzzi were kept in pristine condition during our stay, thanks to three visits from the friendly pool maintenance man.
Overall, it's hard to find any flaws with the property. The pool and jacuzzi are absolutely stunning, the views are simply breathtaking, and the sense of isolation adds to the overall experience. I must strongly advise for renting if you were considering it. Just book, you won't be disappointed.

The house is in a small village, in a very quiet area. Really one can hear the nature and enjoy the night sky.
Even if the house is in the same garden as the owner's house, we were never disturbed, it felt as if we were alone.
The terrace in front of the house is very nice to enjoy a coffee, summer breeze was aided by the big tree in the middle, keeping all in the shadows.
The room accommodating 4 persons had very good mattresses, we slept very well.
The kitchen design was rural and gave a nice touch to the place with all design accessories.

It’s all brand new and the house is as in the pictures.
They are building a new pool, so next year there will also be a nice back garden with a proper pool.
The property has 2 double bedrooms, one of which has also a small mezzanine where a child can sleep, one large bathroom and a large kitchen/dining area with a small terrace.
The German owners live on site in a separate house, which is nice so you don’t feel to isolated and they are very friendly and there was a good communication before we arrived as well.
We explored several beaches in the surrounding area, which are really nice, some are more crowded than others, but we had a nice time in all. Depending on the winds they can have more or less waves as well as some sea wead.
The property is in a very small village with no amenities, except a small 24 hour drink and snack vending machine and a snall store. Just 10 minutes by car you get in to Kavarna which has restaurants and shops.
Our daughter fell in love with the dog and the chicken and had a great time there.

This is a new villa, fully furnished with everything you may need (no dishwasher) for a short or long stay. There are 3 AC in the villa - in the 2 bedrooms and in the living room. The yard behind the villa is great place to relax or cook your lunch /dinner on the BBQ, next time we will try it!
Didn't manage to walk a lot in the area, it's most likely for a car, as you enter the complex through a barrier and you pay the parking every time you get out,unless you have a daily card.
The owner is very helpful and professional, responsive. It is self check in which was great for us or someone who arrives late, for example.
Would recommend and would come again here with friends!

The villa was great and it had everything my family needed. We were warmly welcomed by the host and given an overview of the house. The house is beautifully decorated and it was a home away from home for us. Host helped us with anything we needed and was so nice. We hope to be back soon!
Perfect for families, groups or couples who enjoy luxury and independence while travelling. Enjoy the space and privacy of these fully-furnished, self-standing mansions — travellers can cook, lounge and explore at their leisure. Note that in Bali, a resort will also be called a villa.
The breakfast was wonderful, the manager was a nice person, both helpful and generous, and the hotel, although not luxurious, was tastefully renovated and thoughtfully appointed.
The villa is beautiful, combining old and new style. Right at the beach in Kavarna. The staff is nice and welcoming. The apartment we rented was very spacious, welcoming 4 to even 6 people. Has two bathrooms (one of the rooms is en-suite). Has everything you need like an Airbnb for a longer stay. There’s a few parking spots in front but in general you can park in the area for free. AC is available in every room. Highly recommend it and would visit again!
Everything was perfect. You get a lot for the price you pay. However, the complex is not a luxury one, and if that is your goal, you need to look elsewhere.
The location of the villa is amazing, next to the see. There is a free parking in front of the villa. The apartment is big with all needed electronics.
I travelled to play the course and didn't really have any knowledge of the village and amenities it had. This was a very pleasant surprise and just enhanced what was a very good trip.
I should start by saying that we didn’t stayed here at Kavarna Hills, but at Villa Allegra and not by our choosing. When we arrived the lady there told us that there were no room left at Kavarna Hills and moved us at Allegra. I can say that it was for the better. Allegra was nicely decorated and had a nice pool.
We needed just a stay for the night. As we came for a village fest and we had to find some solution. I didn't expect much as I read reviews that there is no dishes etc., but surprisingly I really liked our short stay. The apartment was HUGE and it had everything. I will consider this aparthotel for a longer stay, for a family vacation it is perfect.
The villa is a hidden on a quiet street of Kavarna, overlooking the bay. The view is spectacular, and the villa is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very helfpful, although very discrete. Everything sparkling clean.
The location was perfect, beachfront, very big so it was hard to get crowded, exceptional selection of food, with special dishes for kids. Our room was spacious, sea view, and we had underground parking. For sure we will come back
