MAIN HOUSE: (access provided for bookings of 8 people) 4 bedrooms in the main house (3 doube bedrooms and 1 twin room) and 3 bathrooms LIVING ROOM: Large open plan living room and dining space seating 8-10 people with a fireplace and all you need to cater for a big family or a group of friends. Recently renovated with large corner sofa, marine and coastal décor and a patio seating lounge, it offers plenty of indoor and outdoor entertainment space for the whole family. For rainy days or evenings in front of the fire there are a selection of board games available for all ages. KITCHEN: There is a Nespresso machine and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave plus a useful utility room with WC and a washing machine and tumble dryer for your use. Our recently upgraded beautiful sea view villa offers a cosy and contemporary feel with a coastal décor featuring an open plan living/dining room with fireplace which opens up through double French doors to the enclosed outside decking area (new pictured to be uploaded in due course). It benefits from 5 bedrooms, a large swimming pool and round outdoor seating area and a swing allowing you to enjoy stunning sea views. The villa offers the perfect combination of a sea, nature and golf retreat after your special event or relaxing getaway. The villa is situated on the first line with direct sea views and is the biggest of all individual villas in the BlackSeaRama Golf & Spa complex within a stones throw of the golf course and Clubhouse / Reception in one of the most desired locations of the complex. With lots of stunning sea views and both golf courses and coastal paths nearby, this really is the place to stay for waterfront vacations or walking holidays with your family and friends. The villa is fully equipted with premium bed linen, lots of towels including beach towels, beach bags for use during your stay, premium haircare shampoo, conditioner and masks, shower gel and soap.
