When we left, the staff called us for forgotten item but securely keeping the info on what it is and some days later we realized this is something of our possession. If they have not called to check with guests, we would not realize the item is ours and some days later when we realized we are missing something valuable, we realized it is the one from the hotel. We are so grateful!

Nice place in the center of Varna. The seaside is near and there is a public pool just outside. Nice, clean rooms and polite staff. The breakfast had more things than expected for that kind of hotel, including local specials. Excellent choice.

A very original post-communist town.
A very original post-communist town. Not too big, easy to walk through. All the houses have a unique, albeit not particularly stylish touch, with various additions and fixes. The whole center is like an interesting mosaic of somewhat unattractive but funny and intriguing houses. There are amazing, sometimes really huge trees, and frequently repaired sidewalks interlaced with tree roots. The people are pleasant and lack the typical manners you encounter in very touristy areas.
Varna has an amazing, long, and entertaining beach with a huge, beautiful park right next to it. On the beach, you can find a mix of different styles of bars and areas. Every single person can find the perfect spot for themselves.

Beautiful beaches, lovely people, a lot of culture and life, and of course the sea garden. Was there for a while and could be there for much longer. Can use different ways of transport to other places like big cities (sunny beach, Sofia, Plovdiv, Istanbul, Bucharest) or smaller areas with natures and monuments annd botanic gardens etc.
Going to go back, and everyone should visit Varna, the hidden gem

I spent three delightful days in Varna, all in the city center. But there is so much more to do outside of the city--beaches, architectural gems, archeological digs, old icon-filled monasteries, and so much more.
Great place. Kind and helpful receptionists. Perfect swiming pool. Nice view from balcony on the 2th floor to the roof and sea, Very good breakfast. Beautiful surroundings of the hotel. Only 7 minutes to the beach. Near enter to the big park. There are restaurants, shops, bus stops nearby. I can highly recommend.
Friendly and pleasant personal and reception service. They speak English, Greek, Bulgarian, Ukrainian.
They always ready to resolve any issue.

The location we like it, very close to the beach. There are three jacuzzi, one on the top of the hotel, two at the bottom.
Beach is quiet, two restaurants on the beach with good food. The hotel has a privat beach also on 300-400m away from hotel, with beach beds.
It was my second time staying at this hotel. The staff was welcoming and ready to assist. I enjoyed staying at the room with the balcony. Next time I will definitely choose this hotel again. Thank you for making my trip to Bulgaria so warm.
I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the hotel as my room was big with a large terrasse. The location is quite central, 100m from the main streets and restaurants, less than 15 min walk to the beach.
