This is a new villa, fully furnished with everything you may need (no dishwasher) for a short or long stay. There are 3 AC in the villa - in the 2 bedrooms and in the living room. The yard behind the villa is great place to relax or cook your lunch /dinner on the BBQ, next time we will try it!
Didn't manage to walk a lot in the area, it's most likely for a car, as you enter the complex through a barrier and you pay the parking every time you get out,unless you have a daily card.
The owner is very helpful and professional, responsive. It is self check in which was great for us or someone who arrives late, for example.
Would recommend and would come again here with friends!

We have been picked-up from the bus station in the city center and went promptly to the villa. Very clean and comfortable house and nice barbeque area. We had some issues with wi-fi but resolved quickly.
The location of the villa is one of the best on the Bulgarian sea side. View is absolutely exceptional, the whole set-up of the place is grand, although a little weary but in my opinion it adds-up for the overall charm. A must stay, I will be recommending it to everyone!
We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. Everything was wonderful. The service and solving the small problems were excellent, good communication with the host. We will happily return to the place.
It's quite but nevertheless very near to all the Shops and Restaurants of the village. Extraordinarily well equipped kitchen, if want, you can grill a pork/lamb! The host is very open and kind
