The first moment when we arrived in the lobby we were a bit confused because it doesn't look like a typical hotel lobby, you will see ;) The team welcomed us very warm-hearted behind a little desk and our stay started with a personal tour through the hotel. At this moment the UNEXPECTED WOW just started. The interior is very stylish, a nice mix between Portuguese urban chic and Scandinavian style. In almost every corner you will find some nice and personal details. THE ROOFTOP, it's so beautiful there! During our stay we checked out some rooftop bars and for us the Three House has the best in Funchal. Even if you are not able to stay at their hotel you need to enjoy some sundowner drinks there and then have dinner at their restaurant - a wonderful culinary journey through the world (make sure you have a reservation, especially on weekends). Before we arrived the team sent us a welcome message via WhatsApp - nice easygoing and personal communication. They offered us to arrange a transfer, which was a nice service. The team always made sure we were feeling comfortable and sometimes they left personal notes in the room for us - it was so sweet. The hotel and the room were always super clean. Every morning they left us (guess at 9am) a little bag with some fresh and warm pastry at the door. So we started every morning in bed with croissants, espresso and a stunning view above Funchal - how amazing is that?! And the location is perfect, you can reach everything by foot. So if you want to go to Funchal and they have available rooms - book it! Dear Three House Team, THANK YOU SO SO MUCH for everything. Esta mansión restaurada de Madeira, situada a 900 metros del centro histórico de Funchal, ofrece terrazas y jardines botánicos con vistas panorámicas al mar, a la ciudad y a las montañas. We missed our connection flight and arrived to the hotel in the middle of the night. Despite the time, Nuno welcomed us with a smile and very patient explanations and made the start of our trip in Madeira very pleasant. Also the rest of the staff was very nice, attentive and helpful. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The hotel's garden is gorgeous and has a nice panoramic view of the sea and was the perfect place for breakfast. Breakfast was excellent with large variety. It is highly recommended.

The host was incredibly hospitable and nice to us. Maikel helped us with everything we needed, very nice person! The food in his restaurant is incredible, the apartment is clean and nice, it has everything, even a beautiful view from the balcony, with looking at the sea.

Fort Bay Suite Apartments está en Machico, a 2 min a pie de Playa de Sao Roque y a 300 metros de Playa de Banda d'Alem. Ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis, aire acondicionado y acceso a un jardín. The property was very nice, with comfortable furniture and a lot of space. In reality it looks much better than on the pictures. The are is very silent and its just surrounded with a lot of restaurants. And the sea is just a 5 minutes walk. We loved to stay there and the staff were super friendly.

Vistas increíbles, apartamento bonito, espacioso, cómodo, con todo lo necesario. Anfitriones encantadores. El mejor apartamento en el que he estado en toda Europa.

The property has everything you need and more for a comfortable stay. Lots of kitchen equipment for self-catering, spacious balcony for private outdoor relaxation, large rooftop pool area with plenty loungers - always very quiet so this felt private too, and additional pool towels supplied surplus to bathroom linens were much appreciated.
