Zhangjiajie Utopia Hotel features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, garden, a terrace and restaurant in Zhangjiajie. Good location, good ambience, very friendly staff. As i am non Chinese speaker, they helped me a lot in finding my lost luggage and talked with the respective authorities on my behalf to find them finally. Thanks heaps for that.

Steven at reception was amazing. We needed some documents printed and we struggled to find the printing place. Steven took us to the store and even stayed to translate. This hotel is relatively affordable considering it's a chain. Close to the airport. Spacious and has everything you needed. Breakfast was great too with a large selection of chinese and western foods.

Great place to stay in Beijing. Excellent staff that were extremely helpful. Superb location and close to subway. Comfortable rooms.

Everything was excellent. I love all the things. Free laundry was nice to me specially traveling with kids.
