The whole experience was phenomenal. The hotel design was very impressive and the hotel staff were very warm and kind. The check-in was seamless and very helpful (as I checked in early and they brought in my luggage for me) and the facilities were very nice (the let you borrow a swim cap if your forgot but you need your own goggles). The breakfast was phenomenal with variety and great quality. The room was stellar with excellent features and beautifully appointed, all for a great value. Highly recommended.

The location is exceptional. It is walking distance from Yu Garden and on a good weather day can even walk to People’s Square from there.
The staff of the hotel is exceptionally cooperative. Our flight got cancelled late at night and they helped call the airline helpline and get information for us.
Ps: When it was pouring down and we couldn’t step out for food, the staff helped order food for us online.
Location of the property amazing, people’s square metro station just a minute walk, east nanjing road just a minute walk. Very spacious room and comfortable bedding. I was upgraded to king deluxe skyline view room.

Shanghai Campanile Bund Hotel was just about perfect: walking distance from the Bund, People’s Square and Yu Garden, clean and convenient room, friendly and helpful staff (call for airport taxi, etc.),
delicious breakfast plus easy walk to the metro. I highly recommend this hotel.
The location is very convenient for Nanjing walking street, People’s square but you have to walk around 500 meters to metro.
The room was clean and big with the nice view.
Staffs were very friendly, useful and polite.
We’ll stay again here next time in Shanghai for sure.
