El Kusatsu Onsen Eidaya se encuentra en Kusatsu. El alojamiento está situado a 10 minutos a pie de Kusatsu Yubatake y de la terminal de autobuses de Kusatsu-Onsen. Amazing stay at this ryokan fully furnished , there was an amazing onsen in the room and 3 other onsens to use in the ryokan. The people working here are really welcoming and helpful ! Few things to know : the onsen water keeps flowing during the night which can disturb a little bit the sleep + there is a hill to go to the village but it is managable. Highly recommend for a great time in Kusatsu

Oyado Yukizumi se encuentra en Kusatsu, a 46 km de Parque de los Monos de Jigokudani, y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis y parking privado gratis. Este alojamiento libre de humo está a 14 km de Mt. Amazing facilities - big spacious room, very clean. The onsen is great with natural spring water, very clean and tidy, if a bit small but it’s no issue.

Ryutakuzenji 宿坊 está en Takasaki, a 28 km de Usui Pass Railway Heritage Park, y dispone de alojamiento con bicicletas gratis, parking privado gratis, jardín y salón de uso común. Junto al Templo. Desayuno delici8so. Gran habitación. Ducha excelente. Aire acondicionado bueno.

Kusatsu Hotel Bekkan Wata no Yu (Adult Only) está en Kusatsu, a 45 km de Parque de los Monos de Jigokudani y a 14 km de Mt. Kusatsu Shirane. A homely hotel with the best dinner I have had in japan so far.

Minakamisansou se encuentra en Minakami, a 36 km de Estación de esquí Gala Yuzawa y a 39 km de Estación de esquí de Naeba. We had a lovely view of the mountains. The private onsen was very nice, but the public onsen is very good as well! The staff is very nice and always accomodating. If you like traditional Japanese food, you'll love what they serve during the evening and morning. I recommend to stay at this ryokan either during fall (momiji) or winter. We were a bit too early for the heavy snowfalls, but still managed to catch some snow the second evening. Even without the snow it was lovely. I can imagine it looks amazing with the fall colors!

Soumeian está en Kusatsu, a 47 km de Parque de los Monos de Jigokudani, y dispone de alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis y salón de uso común. The real Japanese design for overall accommodation are excellent. The service of the three people ( may be the owner) are very warm and kindness.

Sekizenkan Kashotei Sanso se encuentra en Nakanojo, a 49 km de Estación de esquí de Naeba y a 36 km de Ishidan-gai Steps. Ofrece alojamiento con jardín y wifi gratis, además de parking privado gratis.... AMAZING. If I could, I'd stay there at least once a week every month :") no wonder it was one of the references for the movie Spirited Away. The staff is really kind and understand English kinda well, even though the place is huge, they give you a map to find your room and how to find yourself in the complex building. We stayed in the Mori Room and it was definitely beyond our expectations. The room was so big, it felt like you were actually booking a spacious apartment to stay rather than only a room. Also, there were local snacks replaced daily and selected beverages at our disposal in the room, all for free. The view was incredible, especially when bathing in the private onsen in the room. They had sliding doors to cover the glass walls, so it wasn't too bright in the morning, unlike what many people complain when staying at a ryokan. And of course, the spotlight of our stay: They place you on a PRIVATE ROOM for the meals, with a relaxing ambient sound and a view of their garden while serving you a whole course of Japanese meal on the fancy side.

El Houshi Onsen Chojukan está situado a orillas del río Houshi y ofrece un baño termal público, alojamientos de estilo japonés con conexión Wi-Fi gratuita y platos de cocina japonesa. This place is just on the top of my ranking. A real Japanese experience with all the necessary detail to make the stay unforgettable. The different baths super clean and with history. The meals offered were delightful. And the environment just as needed, calm, serene and peaceful.

El Oyado Tamaki cuenta con baños de aguas termales cubiertos y al aire libre y un jardín tradicional con bancos. The property is near public transportation, which is a big plus for a solo traveller without a car. I took a room with a private onsen, which was really enjoyable. The dinner and breakfast were all excellent. The staff were very nice and accommodating. I really felt warm-hearted when they tried to explain the dinner menu in english and did a handwritten english translation of the breakfast menu. They also offered to drop me off at the bus station and reminded me when to expect the bus. It was incredibly sweet. I do love the area as it was a good break from the city’s hustle and bustle. The Ikaho footsteps is about a 5-minute walk. It has a lot of shops so it is a good distraction while climbing the stairs.

No existen palabras para describir lo mágico que es este lugar ! La comida está deliciosa, las vistas espectaculares, el dormitorio que me tocó está muy bonito vale cada peso. Es la mejor experiencia que he tenido hasta la fecha, todo muy cuidado y detallado, si tengo la oportunidad de regresar sin pensarlo lo haría. Muchas gracias a todos me hicieron sentir muy cómoda.
