The property is really clean and very comfortable. It’s so close to restaurants, convenient store and the Hakuba bus station. The most I like is the owner of the property treated us like the family or I think more than family. They picked up and dropped us from and to the bis station, showed the restaurant, and dropped and pickup us to ski resort. The owner, Chikako san helped us to find Ski school for our children who experienced snow for the first time. The other co owner, Koji san even helped us to talk to Ski school that didn’t speak good English. We will definitely come back again.

Mountain Side Hakuba offers views of the mountains and the ski slopes during the winter season. The property is just a 3-minute walk away from a local ski and snowboard shop. Mountain Side had everything you could need. From amazing customer service to all the facilities. The complimentary shuttle was also great. The location was great - ski in and out.

Directly connected to the slopes of Okushiga Kogen Ski Resort and within a 1-minute walk from the Lift 1, Hotel Grand Phenix Okushiga provides a convenient ski-in/ski-out access. Incredible service and incredible overall experience. It's like staying in a fancy cabin in the snow. The lounge area with the giant fireplace is awesome, very nice food, very spacious rooms and first class facilities such as the onsens and indoor swimming pool. The decor could be interpreted as dated (as other reviews have stated) but we felt this simply adds to the warmth and cosiness of the establishment. The service here is seriously next level and it is fantastic value for money.

Open from August 2018, featuring Mount Asama views and a single-star Michelin restaurant, Le Grand Karuizawa Hotel and Resort is located in Karuizawa. We loved the stay. The staff and the place was wonderful!

Offering a magnificent view of Mount Asama, Karuizawa Asama Prince Hotel features an 18-hole golf course and a spa. This hotel does the important things really well. 1) the bed is very comfortable (something you can’t always rely on in Japan!) 2) the room is quiet. No noise from neighbours, fans, motors or anything else that could disturb. 3) the room is dark. Block out curtains are used and there are minimal annoying little lights that often appear in hotel rooms like bright lights on air con units, light switches etc. The onsen is lovely’s don’t the facilities attached to the onsen are clean and adequate. The staff are friendly and polite. This place is a very comfortable place to stay and I would definitely stay here again.

Objekat Echoland Madarao エコーランド斑尾 Free shuttle to the ski resort sa pogledom na vrt se nalazi u gradu Madarao Kogen i nudi restoran, ostavu za prtljag, bar, vrt i terasu. Even so I stayed only one night, I felt felt really welcomed from the first step in the Hotel. The owner was very friendly and warm. They cooked a very good dinner for me. After a perfect and silent night in the very cozy bed. I enjoyed a great breakfast before I was driven by car to the bus station by the owner. I can absolutely recommend this place.
