Hotell Grand Phenix Okushiga on otse ühendatud Okushiga Kogeni suusakuurordi nõlvadega ning 1-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel suusatõstukist. Hotelli juurest pääseb mugavalt otse suuskadel. I never experienced such VIP service otherwise in the world. Whole reception teams demonstrated what extraordinary service should be. I arrived late by bus and was welcomed by one receptionist in bus stop. so I did not need to carry my luggage in the snowing road. They even opened the ski rental shop for me after working hour. The next morning, I missed public shuttle bus and they offered to use hotel shuttle bus to drive me over to ski lift in Yakebitaiyama without reservation in advance. I felt that I was living with a lot of friends instead of living in hotel. I was too tired to try the bar at night, and I would like to try it next time. Swimming pool was good with quite warm water. Hot bathing place with best view. Sun rising over snow mountain top. Breakfast was very good with many variations. The dinner I ordered was pork hotpot, and personally I think the starter tasted better and pork meat is okay. I will try something else next time. All in all, the service and room condition are all top.

Aiaga ANA Holiday Inn Resort Shinano-Omachi Kuroyon asub Omachis, 12,2 km kaugusel Kurobe tammist. Selles neljatärnihotellis on ööpäev läbi avatud vastuvõtt ja tasuta WiFi-ühendus. The facilities were clean and well equipped, including a pool and hot springs. I stayed with a friend's family, but the children were delighted to have the rooms next to each other and to be able to connect the doors in the room. The room was spacious and clean, and I was able to relax. Above all, the staff were kind and wonderful.

Great service and comfortable accommodation! We loved this space for our family. Kayaking to the island was a special bonus. Great and helpful team picked us up and dropped us at the train station.

Dinner was a 4 course western fine dining.. scallop appetiser done 2 ways, a fish, a meat dish and dessert. Fantastic meal. The half board dinner plan is preferred as prices are at a discount to a la carte prices. Lovely onsen. Beautiful views from room.

Located in a tranquil area surrounded by natural beauty. The hotel offers a shuttle and a luggage delivery service between JR Karuizawa Station south exit and the hotel. The view from our room overlooking the pond was beautiful. It snowed the second day we were there and it was magical watching it snow and hang in the trees. The hotel was very quiet and peaceful. Our room was warm, spacious and comfortable. The staff were lovely, always helpful. The drinks available in the lounge after 5pm were great. The food was traditional and high class service.

With garden views, Echoland Madarao エコーランド斑尾 Free shuttle to the ski resort is located in Madarao Kogen and has a restaurant, luggage storage space, bar, garden and terrace. Even so I stayed only one night, I felt felt really welcomed from the first step in the Hotel. The owner was very friendly and warm. They cooked a very good dinner for me. After a perfect and silent night in the very cozy bed. I enjoyed a great breakfast before I was driven by car to the bus station by the owner. I can absolutely recommend this place.
