Graskop is a small town in the beautiful Mpumalanga region of South Africa that is a great point near some amazing natural sites and activities. Great place from which to explore the Blyde River Canyon.
Nelspruit is the capital of Mpumalanga, and the ideal point of departure for different attractions in the region. The biggest attraction is the Kruger Park. But there is plenty more to do in and around Nelspruit. There are a number of waterfalls, God's windows, the devil's potholes and much much more. Nature is abundant and there are a number of places for radical sports activities and outdoor fun, as well as for just plain relaxing. The region is extremely child friendly. And most places cater for families. There are a number of gourmet spots too, as well as cultural events. Some of which are available in the neighbouring town of Whiteriver.

This spacious two-bedroom apartment was perfect for our family of four. The layout was thoughtfully designed, offering plenty of room for everyone to relax. The apartment was impeccably clean and well-equipped with modern amenities, including a full kitchen. The location is ideally located which made it easier to get to our planned activities throughout the trip. Additionally, the convenience of having a grocery stores nearby allowed us to stock up on snacks and essentials. I recommend it to anyone visiting Mpumalanga.

The apartment was big, clean and very well ventilated. Usually Mpumalanga is so hot and the moment you enter the apartment it feels so cool. They have so many things onsite which is a slide, spa, restaurant and an option to do activities at the reception. They also have a games room where they do activities with families and children sometimes, they also have a put and play as well as a sports court. It’s a very beautiful place all in all!
The staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming. Always checked on how our stay had been going. Nolly at the bar was a star. Housekeeping endured our room was cleaned, fresh towels provided daily. The town surrounding the hotel had so much to offer from restaurants and curio shops. Easy access to the panorama route attractions. Will definitely recommend to others planning a holiday to mpumalanga.

Location os great, accessibility to Mpumalanga province for its natural beauty and close vicinity to The Kruger Park is perfect Staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive to our questions and needs. Couldn’t fault any of the service we received. Food was hearty well prepared dishes with some South African cuisine nuances which we enjoyed very much. Would we recommend Nkambeni - ABSOLUTELY!
The property is beautiful and well kept - I like its overall set-up, the pools, the view of the river from the restaurant, its location is also ideal to explore key Mpumalanga tourist attractions. Watching crocodiles and hippos at a stone throw distance was also magical. We were lucky on our last day to see the 5 elephants from Elephant Whispers strolling across the river.
White River
The location was perfect for our itinerary to and from Kruger, and close to Kruger Mpumalanga Int. Airport. We had dinner at Da Loose Mongoose Resto, an excellent restaurant five minutes drive from the Lodge. Typical South African breakfast was excellent.
It was a repeat visit, this quant hotel never disappoints, comfortable rooms and beds it's a perfect place to stay when touring the roads of Mpumalanga. The breakfast surged by happy smiling staff would satisfy any appetite, we will be back.
Loved the pool area - beautiful setting with very comfortable furniture and excellent service. Lots of spaces to sit and relax throughout the property. The hotel highlights outdoor living which is wonderful for a trip to Kruger and Mpumalanga.

The staff in property was beautiful. They took every effort to make sure that our stay was exceptional.
Loved the whole experience. It was our first getaway at a provate lodge and we loved every minute of it. From the setting, special attention to detail, the staff going above and beyond and the bonus of seeing the big 5 and some very rare animals.
We have a save case in our room doing bid all night. Was fany, because we find out in the we check out.
