The rooms - large, modern, and clean. The pool bar with the infinite pool - incredible! The restaurant and the food - high level. But the most valuable thing for me was the staff! Friendly, nice, and polite. And especially the Guest Relationship Manager - Sarah! She is the most helpful human being on the planet! We love you, Sarah! Thank you for everything.

Umbhaba Eco Lodge has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Hazyview. On check-in, the staff welcomed us warmly. The lodge is clean, staff has good attitude, and willing to help us. We just felt at home. The room was exactly what we booked, spacious room, bathroom and the patio. Most days of our stay, it was raining, so we couldn’t do outdoor activities, they had. But they helped us book for a spa massage, we appreciated that. The staff made my birthday special, so grateful ☺️ our stay included half board, they accommodated our dietary restrictions, food was delicious 🤤.
