Alps Motel & Apartments is offering accommodations in Twizel. The motel also provides free WiFi and free private parking. I was greeted very warmly which really sets the tone for the stay. I’m glad that there was a list of directions on how to work the washing/drying machine and dishwasher. I did some much needed laundry. The studio was spotless and new. It felt like I was staying in my own apartment. It was about a 45 min drive to Mt. Cook, but I enjoyed the drive.
