Exceptionally designed. The staff go above and beyond for every guest. The hotel is extremely close walking distance to the city center, but far away enough that you don’t hear any noise from the center it is so quiet and tranquil I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. Hearing the birds in the morning was my favorite. Theres no children (win) and its a beautiful experience for couples. They even made my birthday extra special with flowers which is super appreciated because I unfortunately have food poisoning *NOT from the hotel* it’s a very small property, which i appreciate. they are currently adding a coffee shop to the property as well as adding some landscaping while we were staying there. Its so nice I cant wait to go back.

The rooms are gorgeous and the early-opening coffee shop is great for when you have to do some work. Especially if Mocha is there.

Located just across the road from the main bus stop, and just a short 10 minute walk to the main, buzzy square, and also a short walk to the beach, Ximena hotel is like a calm oasis, away from the hustle and bustle of Sayulita. The building is spotlessly clean, and rooms are very spacious. We had an issue in our room when we first arrived where one of the sinks was leaking. But we reported it and were immediately given another room instead, without any trouble. The shower is huge and very good, lovely toiletries provided too, which smelled gorgeous. There is lots of space for luggage in the room, and a nice fan plus AC to keep cool. We had a small balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. A bottle of purified water is provided in the room, and there is a cold water dispenser in the main corridor which can be used to refill bottles, which was so handy. The rooftop pool was the highlight for us. So peaceful and relaxing to lounge up there away from the crowds, and enjoy the heated pool.

I enjoyed a lot the food in this hotel, the staff is very friendly and helpful. My room was located in the 4th tower which you can tell everything is new, AC, big bathroom with bath tub. Restaurant on the roof with swimming pool and on the main floor there’s another restaurant along with the bar and live music. The taxis are right in front of the hotel as well as the public transportation. Very convenient. Also has an ATM
Great food, friendly staff and very clean rooms
This is a smaller resort so you were able to meet people. The staff remembers who you are and offer excellent service. It is right on the ocean with plenty of beach seating. Cocktail service wherever you are. I enjoyed the pool exercise classes. This is definitely an excellent place to take your family to or if you are a couple just wanting to enjoy yourselves. The food is absolutely incredible here! Fresh food not institutionalized served frozen. They have two options for specialty restaurants at no additional cost. Our favorite is the Mexican right on the beach.

Pool room was noisy from entertaining at night. Room bathrooms was outdated dripping taps, floor needed scrubbing in shower. Offer ocean room next time Staff was friendly and helpfull., food was excellent for a buffet Would go back ,but to oceanfront room to get away from noise.
Great little restaurant in the hotel.
Upon my arrival at the hotel, I had no clue where things were. I had to ask for directions, and eventually, everything was explained to me. There was a miscommunication in booking; the room I was assigned was not the one I had reserved. After discussing with the manager, I was transferred to a suite. Despite being advertised as all-inclusive, there was only one restaurant open at a time. Although I was informed there were four, only one was operational. Consequently, we were stuck with buffet meals for three days, with one day offering a different experience where someone took our orders. Nevertheless, all the staff were extremely kind and helpful, and the drinks were excellent. The property was very clean. The food and drinks at the beach bar were also great, with another set of excellent staff. Overall, I had a pleasant experience. However, I wished there were multiple restaurant options, especially since I booked the all-inclusive package with that expectation.
We loved this little hotel. If you are looking for a haughty 5 star all inclusive, this is not the hotel for you. However, if like us you want a quiet, clean, comfortable stay, with amazing staff look no further. Pros: - Very clean, the staff was busy all day long. You can tell they have great pride in this hotel. - Quiet (except in the mornings when the street comes to life). - Comfortable, there are lots of options for lounging. Hammocks, lounge chairs by the pool and beach, lounging areas. - Staff were wonderful. They always greeted you when you walked by, they were very attentive to your needs and they made our stay comfortable. - Safe. We had absolutely no concerns about leaving our stuff on our lounge chairs on in the room.
We stayed in a junior suite that had a very functional and comfortable layout- the overall service was great- we enjoyed our almost four week stay
