The property is beautifully located next to the river, offering stunning views and a lovely garden. Although slightly outside the city center, the hotel provides free city bikes, which we thoroughly enjoyed using to explore Luang Prabang. The rooms are spacious, well-designed, and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring we had a wonderful stay. This is undoubtedly one of the best places we stayed during our time in Laos.

Charming old villa hotel, tucked away next to a temple. Very helpful reception staff. They managed to get us train tickets to Vientiane when Lao Trains was showing fully booked and none of the online booking platforms (12goAsia, Booking away, Baolau etc) were able to. The open-air breakfast setting was lovely. The pool was great to return to after a hot day exploring Luang Prabang. We also really enjoyed being able to use the hotel bikes to explore further afield.

We stayed for a week and loved every moment. The staff were incredibly kind, making us feel at home. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also excellent, with great options for everyone, including vegans (soy milk was a nice touch!) The pool was beautiful, and the location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the main road. The complimentary tuk-tuk service was super convenient too. Highly recommend this hotel for a perfect stay in Luang Prabang!

The hotel is less than 5-minutes walk from the Night Market yet the neighborhood is very quiet. Staff is super nice and do their best to accommodate their guests and go above and beyond. The spa definitely worth a mention. It is surely more expensive than what you would pay by walking in other spas but it worth every penny. If I ever travel to Luang Prabang again, I will be staying here again! Thank you for creating long-lasting memories!

Breakfast is simple but great. The room is clean, the room is large, the wifi works very well compared to other hotels in Luang Prabang, the bed is very comfortable. The location is excellent and close walking distance to restaurants, markets and temples. We had a beautiful river view from our room and the apartment was beautifully furnished. The restaurant was a highlight being right on the river. We had excellent breakfast and coffee here each morning. The staff and friendly and accommodating. Thank you so much for having us, we will be back again when in Luang Prabang!

The receptionist An was absolutely amazing, so helpful, nothing was too much trouble, always wore a welcoming smile. Without a doubt, the most important staff member in the hotel, I hope she will be rewarded for all her efforts and the professional manner in which she goes about her business. An made my stay a memorable experience, I will definately revisit PhaiLin Hotel on my next visit to Luang Prabang.

Sada Hotel is a very comfortable, mid-range hotel to stay in Luang Prabang. It is on a road, but there isn't much traffic in Luang Prabang. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. There is a good spread at breakfast with both Asian and Western choices. The staff were friendly and helpful. When I stayed, there was construction going on, but that will end at some point. I will be returning here.

This place was so epic that I extended my stay here in Luang Prabang for another week. It felt like a resort more than a hostel 😎☀️🙏 Staff are super friendly and helpful. Location is perfect and the surroundings are beautiful. Plenty of bathrooms, a bar/restaurant, sunbeds and a pool, even two pull-up bars! Trust me, this is where you want to stay for your trip, it will be worth the money.

Superior Hotel Luang Prabang 💴💴💴 + Totally recommended! The rooms are very big, clean and comfortable. The area is also very quiet. Breakfast is quite large and has several options. The managers are very friendly and are always available if guests need anything. They help you realize all your desires. I needed a motorcycle and they organized it for me. excellent service! 10/10 - --

Budget accomodation that offers so much for what you pay for. Free breaky every morning was delicious and different every morning, a complimentary family dinner as well one night. 4 bed dorm was really comfortable (we had great sleeps) and the atmosphere of the hostel was awesome thanks to the owner Woo he had such positive energy and was really helpful in showing us around Luang Prabang!

This hotel is a real gem in Luang Prabang - it is within walking distance to everything: the sights, shops, restaurants etc. The room was rustic in character, but very clean and with an excellent shower. Breakfast was lovely, sitting on the deck betwen the lily ponds. So peaceful and lovely (apart from the guests mentioned below). The swimming pool was very welcome in the hot weather.

i liked the central location of the hostel, easy walks to everywhere; the owner and his staff were very helpful and friendly; there was not any breakfast offered but it did not matter....there are so many breakfast places in luang prabang within 10 mins walk of my hostel; luang prabang is a very safe and walkable city. i walked alone at 5am in the dark for the monks alms giving event.

Such a wonderful stay very central and in walking distance to the night market, morning market, Phousi Hill, and the Mekong River. I really enjoyed my stay as a solo female traveller visiting Luang Prabang for the first time, the hotel was lovely and the service was really good. I felt at home staying in the Golden Sun Boutique Hotel and would definitely recommend it to everyone.

The staff (Win and Chang) are the reason for us to want to stay here again. While the room and pool were clean and great, and we also enjoyed the breakfast, Win and Chang were the highlight of our trip. Both of them were courteous, friendly and went above and beyond to help us every single time. Would definitely recommend this cute hotel to anyone in Luang Prabang!

The hotel staffs were super nice and helpful! They helped us to rent a motorcycle and a van from Luang Prabang to Vientiane with a cheaper option than others. We also did not expect our room to be that big so it was a welcomed surprise. Bottled water, hair dryer, and a smart TV are also available, a great extra comfort for our room!

The breakfast was minimal, choices limited. There is no real kitchen, just a makshift one at the rear of the place. Desite this the housekeeper manages to prepare quite good, albeit limited, breakfasts. Manager was always helpful. Noting we have stayed in Luang Prabang many times while living in Laos (2004-20).

Elephant Boutique Hotel was g great place to stay in Luang Prabang. The location is walking distance to then night market and town, the hosts were very helpful with motorbike, and travel bookings and were great at recommending things to do while we were in town. We will stay again when we come back through!

Beautiful hotel with an amazing view from the pool and restaurant. The food at the restaurant was amazing and we had dinner there almost every night. The staff were extremely friendly. They offer transportation throughout the city as well. Will be returning when I visit Luang Prabang again.

The hostel is situated in the heart of town. It is walking distance to many places especially if you are touring. The staff are also so friends, pleasant and helpful. The hostel is also very neat and clean. Will definitely recommend this hostel if you want to stay in Luang Prabang, Laos.
