My stay at Phailin was perfect! The premises are immaculately clean. My room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The hotel reception was courteous and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was great. They offered a nice complimentary breakfast with a decent selection. The hotel is also nicely located next to shops and restaurants. The night market is a short 10 minute walk. The hotel can also help with tours and transportation back to the airport. I would most definitely stay again.

The service was fast but didn’t feel rushed.

We also loved to be a little out of the centre of Luang Prabang (amazing city by the way). Madilao is such a beautiful hotel and we enjoyed every minute of being there. It looks very amazing, the rooms are big and comfortable and the personal is super friendly and took care of all of our request accordingly. A huge thank you to the Madilao hotel and all her staff.

Very nice place to stay in Luang Prabang! Walking distance to main attractions, no need for tuk tuk. National museum, Wat Phousi hill is just around the corner, I also walked to Wat Xiengthong temple. Many nice cafes around, and I just enjoyed walking around at night when all restaurants and night market are opening up. I like how close everything is. The guy at reception is very sweet. He booked for me Kuang Si waterfalls tour and airport transfer as well. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to all travelers visiting Luang Prabang.
