The host picked me up at the train station and we headed to the resort after made a short stop at the convenience store. The resort was well decorated and just next to the seaside. I enjoyed the sunshine and rain in the private bath with the sea view, and that was so relaxing. The breakfast and 7 course-dinner was extraordinary (check out pics, they will speak for themselves) I highly recommend this place to everyone

It was the best buffet I have ever had. Everyone in our family loved it and there was something for every pallet. The Onsen was so relaxing as was the outdoor foot bath looking out over the water. The hotel has the most beautiful unobstructed views of the water. The attention to detail at this hotel is above and beyond. I highly recommend staying here.

Nice clean and big room with Mt Fuji View. The staff are very attentive. The moment my car entered the hotel compound, the staff rushed out to tender her service, including helping to unload the luggage and provision of the carpark entry card. The breakfast was nice. We chose the Japanese style breakfast and surprisingly, it was very elaborate. The staff at the restaurant were very courteous. We will come back here again when we next visit Gotemba. Btw, the carpark is a basement carpark, free parking, and the lift goes right up to the hotel room.
