Just a 4-minute walk from the main gondola station in Nozawa Onsen, Elizabeth is a cosy privately owned accommodation with a beautiful garden. We stayed in this lovely hotel for 4 nights and it was really a GREAT one. First of all, starting from the beginning, the hotel staff were considerate and caring. We are a family of four including two kids. When we made the reservation three months ago, all rooms for four persons in the hotel were full. In view of the peak season and the difficulties in finding accommodation for large family, they allowed us to stay in their room for three persons. During our stay, the staff were nice and friendly, not to mention informative. The room was clean and tidy, and they even prepared amenities for use in public baths. Last but not least, we discovered that we lost our car key upon check-out. All the staff there were very helpful in helping us call the police, restaurant, car rental company… We had a happy ending as we finally found the key inside our luggage. Their assistance was really appreciated!!!

Everything was perfect. The host was super nice and the breakfast was very generous and high quality. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Hakuba.

Perfekt beliggenhet. Vi kom med toget til Nagano togstasjon, og trillet koffertene over gata og bort til hotellet. Rent og fint rom. Jeg syntes senga var litt hard, men de 3 andre syntes de var kjempegode. God frokost, rene rom og nye håndduker hver dag og nye produkter på badet. Anbefales. Hotellet ligger midt i sentrum, med masse restauranter og butikker utenfor. Samt togstasjon over veien. Vi gikk til tempelet I byen, fin tur fra hotellet.
Best place we stayed ever. Rooms are spacious and amazing mountain view. Loved the breakfast and the venue.
The buffet menu and cosy onsen
The cabin we booked was quaint and well furnished. It’s also situated very conveniently beside the main shopping district. Shuttle buses were frequent and present to take us around.
The view is amazing and worth the visit. The onsen was very nice.
The staff was very friendly and welcomed us. They put so much effort, we felt well treated. We loved the food so much, it was the best and premium food! They even took care of our allergies!
It’s clean, very well equipped with heater, cooking utensils. The owners are so nice and friendly. Language may be a barrier but they tried really hard to accommodate all our needs. The place is slightly secluded which is perfect for quiet vacation but you can still go to town centre by just taking 1 train to Karuizawa station and the owners are nice enough to drop and pick you!

Located near ski slopes. Walking distance to the outlet mall (shuttle bus also available). Restaurants are nice. Foot lockers available to the hotel guests; convenient to store ski gears.
The location was nice however because of late snow we were unable to get out and about and enjoy the property.
