We felt very welcome by Jon and his team at the hotel. Jon is very friendly and helpful, and he provided a lot of useful tips as this was our first trip to Hakuba. Breakfast at the hotel was very good, and the heated pool was amazing. The rooms are very clean as well. Highly recommended. Hotel location is fantastic as it’s just a short 5 mins walk to Hakuba Goryu snow resort.

Perfekt beliggenhet. Vi kom med toget til Nagano togstasjon, og trillet koffertene over gata og bort til hotellet. Rent og fint rom. Jeg syntes senga var litt hard, men de 3 andre syntes de var kjempegode. God frokost, rene rom og nye håndduker hver dag og nye produkter på badet. Anbefales. Hotellet ligger midt i sentrum, med masse restauranter og butikker utenfor. Samt togstasjon over veien. Vi gikk til tempelet I byen, fin tur fra hotellet.

Rooms were spacious and clean for 2 persons. Onsen was nice. View of Lake Megami from room was superb.
Cottage is sweet , quite far still has mini bus. Love the environment . Like living in the woods. Near shopping plaza space enough for 4 persons, love 2 bathrooms

The staff was very friendly and welcomed us. They put so much effort, we felt well treated. We loved the food so much, it was the best and premium food! They even took care of our allergies!
The rustic cottage is in beautiful area and very clean and comfortable. The host and his wife were wonderful and so hospitable. They are some of the nicest people we have met on our trip! They even came to pick us up at the station and drove us to a late lunch after when they found out we had a long day and hadn’t eaten. We also enjoyed the peaceful surroundings! Thank you so much for making our stay for our son’s graduation at ISAK even more memorable😃
The location, excellent service, and ambiance make this an excellent choice for a place to stay in Karuizawa. The staff went above and beyond to help us with anything and everything, and our room was very comfortable.

great location and staff are all super helpful and friendly. Sato San at the Hotel East was extremely welcoming and helpful. he send us back to our cottage although he was very busy and he is very professional, always with a cheerful smile!
The location was nice however because of late snow we were unable to get out and about and enjoy the property.
