It is a modern structure that has a lot of traditional Japanese elements, that makes it blend well in the surrounding areas of the old town Takayama. I absolutely enjoyed staying here, if I knew how good this hotel would have been earlier, I would have planned to stay longer. The spa is very neat and relaxing. They do allow people with tattoos, unlike many other Onsens and public baths in Japan. The staff here are all very kind and attentive and they went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The location was also perfect! Just about a 12 minute walk from the train station, and many bars and restaurants around under 5-10 minute walk away. The preserved old town is just 2 minutes away, and is on the parallel street.

Front desk is superb. They have nicely folded origami to give out to little children - and my daughter was delighted! The rooms were nice and clean. We have two non-connected rooms, but as it was the peak travel season, we were glad we found a nice hotel like this one. Its location was also excellent. If you stay here, you must eat at the Prince Matsuba, Nakatsugawa - just opposite the hotel! During my entire stay in Chubu, this restaurant provides the best food at the most reasonable price and great servings.
Location was great for an overnight stay before catching the morning flight out of Chubu Centrair. It was also located near the Aeon Mall. The room was surprisingly quiet even though we stayed in front of the elevator as the room doors close quietly rather than with a bang like most other hotels. The drawback is that the walls are thin and I had the misfortune of having a noisy neighbor. The room was spacious although a little old.
Its location was perfect for our last night in Nagoya…we didn’t want the hassle of a long subway ride and the anxiety of missing our departure flight. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to Chubu Centrair and the ride takes about 10 minutes, so we were able to have a leisurely breakfast (buffet included in hotel room rate). Room facilities were good, tea and toiletries, you pick up at the lobby.
The location of hotel is nearer to Fushimi subway station which is very convenient for travelling in Nagoya by subway. It is 5mins walk to the bus stop for travelling to Chubu center international airport by bus directly. The room provided LG styler machine is a plus for traveller which you can gentle remove dust and sanitize your clothes with short stay in the hotel.
The hotel is around the corner from the JR and bus stations for easy transfers to Kamikochi in Chubu Sangaku National Park. It is a short walk to the historic district and temples and shrines. It is surrounded by restaurants and food shops. The staff speaks excellent English and are kind and helpful. The rooms are large with mountain views and every amenity.
Access to Espacio lounge where breakfast, PM tea, and evening drinks and even nightcap were offered in a beautiful and quiet floor. Clean and spacious room with little kitchenette and washer/dryer that worked extremely well Direct coach ride opposite hotel to the chubu international airport - extremely convenient
I like the room. It’s comfortable. It’s near the Tokoname Station… and Chubu Centrair International Airport. Aeon mall and costco are also nearby. You have to walk though or call a taxi coz it’ll take like 15 mins walk to the station.
From Chubu Airport to a midway towards Hida Takayama, near 郡上八幡, there has a Roadside station nearby. The hotel does not have a gym room or an onsen. You need to go to the nearby for a hot spring bath, priced at 600 yen.
Great location for Nagoya. Very close to Sakae subway station and the Sakae area which has plenty of food and nightlife. The Nagoya Chubu tower is also right behind this hotel.
The Centrair Hotel entrance/lobby is in the main terminal of Chubu airport. It is extremely convenient for travelers who are exhausted after a long flight.
Just a stone's throw from CHUBU airport and a convenient night stop to catch those early morning flights. The breakfast spread was surprisingly good.
