We would like to introduce you to The Tempus at Charlton Hall Estate, a decadent place where colours collide, and imaginations are captured. Everything was perfect. New room, perfect breakfast in the nice hall with amazing view to countryside.

Beaumont Hotel is situated in the heart of the market town of Hexham, less than 10 minutes’ walk to the rail station. The food was splendid. We had breakfast and dinner and enjoyed them both very much. The staff were all excellent and i would highly recommend this hotel.

England's most northerly hotel, just 300 yards from the Scottish Border, the Marshall Meadows Manor House is set in 15 acres woodland gardens and boasts sea views and good food. The room was great value for money! We didn't eat in the restaurant on the night of our stay however the evening bar was lovely with a great variety of drinks, warm atmosphere and friendly staff. It was in a great location and not too far from the city centre. There was lots of options at breakfast but had to go for the full Northumberland breakfast which didn't disappoint. I would recommend this to anyone and will definitely make another visit.

Staff were amazing, friendly and caring. Breakfast and dinner were magnificent! Highly recommend staying and eating at the restaurant. Featuring free WiFi and a terrace, The Cookie Jar (Alnwick) was formerly the Convent of Mercy, and is just 0.2 miles from the centre of Alnwick. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful room, the delicious breakfast, and attentive staff. We had easy access to one of the entrances to Alnwick Castle and were able to step out the door, walk to the shops, and easily return to our peaceful inn. The decor is beautiful throughout and it greatly enhanced our stay.

Located in Warenford, 8 km from Bamburgh, White Swan Inn features free WiFi access and free private parking. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. All rooms include a flat-screen TV. An unexpected gem in Northumbria for us for two nights. Convenient location for visiting the coast and castles. Room was clean and comfortable with nice amenities and welcome treats. The dining room was amazing, best food (dinner and breakfast) we ate in our 3 wks of travel. Friendly and welcoming, we would arrange a future driving vacay to be able to stay again!

Nestled in the picturesque Northumbrian village of Eglingham, The Tankerville Arms offers a bar and a restaurant. This luxury coaching inn also has free Wi-Fi throughout and free on-site parking. We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was excellent, as was the 2 evening meals we had. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Certainly recommend this hotel.

In the heart of Northumberland, Matfen Hall Country Hotel, Spa and Golf Estate is a true escape to a luxurious world. Beautiful period property which has recently been renovated. The rooms are very spacious and luxurious.
