Beaumont Hotel is situated in the heart of the market town of Hexham, less than 10 minutes’ walk to the rail station. The room was very clean and nicely furnished (modern, yet cosy). Staff was exceptionally friendly. Whenever I talked to people in shops or cafés, you could feel the love and appreciation the people of Hexham have for The Beaumont and the people working there. I highly recommend staying here.

We spent a couple of days at The Star Inn with our dog exploring the area, it was a perfect base. The rooms were spotless with everything you need and being on ground level with a small fenced patio area is ideal for furry friends. Great location if you want some seaside fun and visiting Bamburg Castle .
