The hotel’s location, right next to the Guggenheim Museum, is perfect. The ambiance is delightful, with beautiful decor and a lot of Mariscal’s works - I especially loved all the art. The breakfast overlooking the Guggenheim is truly unforgettable. The reception staff was fantastic, offering great tips for exploring Bilbao and San Sebastián. When I asked for help reserving tickets for the museum the next day, they went above and beyond by simply providing me with one. I absolutely loved my stay!

The hotel was beautiful and our room had a glorious balcony overlooking the harbor, Getxo and the Vizcaya Bridge. I expected the area to be more industrial, but it really was a neighborhood (in addition to being industrial) and it was really fun to walk along the water and over to Getxo via the aerial bridge. We saw the beach, but didn't go. We wished we had had more time to relax and to explore. There was parking in the basement and it was only about 25 minutes to the airport. We weren't there for breakfast.
This hotel completely exceeded my expectations. There were balcony with beautiful ocean view, this hotell was in front of Ereaga Beach. Vizcaya hanging bridge was in walking distance. Bed was very comfortable, shower was very good. I very much enjoyed blackout curtains. This hotel had everything you need for a nice vacation in a beautiful place.
The staff is very professional and kind. Specially Mihael helped us to plan our activities in Vizcaya with good suggestions, made my birthday breakfast very special and kind taste of Vizcaya’s cheese. She is very informative, profesional and nice. All the hotel’s staff satisfied my requests and made my stay very confortable and nice.

The room was quaint with huge windows. Every amenity imaginable. What really made the trip was the quality of the staff and an exceptional restaurant. There is a reason why locals are present from morning until evening in the restaurant. The food was some of the best we've had in Spain. The entire stay exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend.

First - the accommodation is adapted for wheelchair users. Not a single step to access the apartment which also has stunning views. Bathroom is also adapted. We loved, the location, the views, the staff, the relaxed atmosphere.

It’s a spectacular hotel. In an old medieval castle the views of the surrounding landscape are phenomenal, the staff are attentive and incredibly helpful and the food is very good. I really liked breakfasts in the dining room and drinking wine on the roof.
Great hotel, room was immaculate with a dream view to the ocean. Bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was impeccable, with plenty of towels and great sized for a couple. Parking right by the hotel, which was very convenient. Felipe at the bar was friendly and professional. He provided us with a great service even considering that it was very late at night.
