building looks pretty and convenient to ferry port
in need of radical maintenance , cleaning and staffing overhaul
hallways and room very smelly , damp fusty and sewer smell
window on room defective and very noisy room beside trainline
which was worsened by window not being able to be closed correctly
staff not really bothered ...pity as its a lovely building

Very clear and helpful, good coffee machine and all facilities you need. Friendly face at the door and 2 lovely cats... That go everywhere (but we love cats). TV has Netflix in the room.

Beds were comfy, and it was very clean, could park the car safely underground.

The hotel was clean , warm & comfortable & the owner Marisol was very welcoming & helpful.its in a nice location , by the river , and its an easy walk to bars etc .check out the bar further down the street ( I think called el Jardine secreto ) it's wonderful.worth a visit & great food

Small town within reach easily of the ferry about 11 minutes to ferry from hotel. Friendly helpful people rooms very clean and warm. This part of Spain is very Green lots of trees reminds me of Wales and also buildings are French oriented some like in ski resorts very lovely countryside.

We only stayed for the night as we were on a road trip, but it was a pleasant discovery. Nice town, great food. We enjoyed the architecture and the nice atmosphere in the city center. Very lively in the streets, coffee places and restaurants, even if it was in the middle of the winter.

I was not a fan of the location where the hotel was.
I was not a fan of the location where the hotel was. It was not Santurce and not really anywhere definate. Nice looking hotel but needs some work on it. Loos as if it might be struggling to keep going.
Because of the noise problem after a lot of asking- they eventually gave us a different room on a different floor.
The lady at the desk was lovely but she said she was not able to contact the manager at the weekend and she had no one to turn to with our complaint of no sleep. She changed our rooms but we had to stay out of the hotel until after 3pm when the new room would be ready.
She removed the car parking charge when we left as a nice gesture. parking was free on the roads on Sundays anyway but it was a nice gesture.
A better room and a good nicghts sleep on the first night would have been preferable. Had a wonder 28 days travelling in home stays and variety of hotels and villas around France and Spain. This was the most disappointing. Will not return.

Good size room, comfortable bed, ideal location for an overnight stay prior to boarding the ferry for our return trip to Portsmouth. Adequate breakfast, with good coffee. Very helpful receptionist. Secure underground parking cost €10 for one night. A few cafes/bars within a few minutes' walk, more in the centre though we didn't get that far (20 minute walk downhill) Would book this hotel again.
Great value little hotel just 2 mins walk from Santsurtzi metro station. Ideal for taking the ferry the next morning. Its around 5 - 10 mins taxi drive to get there. Javier the host was very responsive providing clear instructions on how to get in. Towels and shower lotion were provided and the room was cosy and clean. A great nights stay, would definitely recommend.
The hotel itself is pleasant and comfortable, everything was very clean and the staff were friendly. There are tea and coffee making facilities in the room - not often found in Spanish hotels. But perhaps the best feature of this hotel is its proximity to the ferry terminal which is literally 10 minutes away !
