Have stayed in two other hotels on previous trips to Bilbao and this is arguably the best. Great location near to both the old town, Poza and also Ledesma. The room was spacious and had everything one needed. Staff were friendly.

Luxurious nights accommodation while passing through on the Camino. Loved the bath, comfy bed, drinks and dinner at the restaurant with lovely ambience. Breakfast menu was good.

The two staff / owner of the apartment were incredibly friendly and helpful! We came an hour earlier than expected, they welcomed us in and helped us settled in no time. They also helped us to call and book for an early morning taxi to the airport for our flight next day. The property was clean and comfortable. There is a family run restaurant nearby, Batzoki de Loiu with equally friendly people and comfort food.
