The free breakfast was delicious and the ladies that provided our breakfast were hardworking and friendly. They made sure everything was filled up and clean and appealing. Our room was beautiful, roomy, and a great price. The rain shower and spa like bathroom/shower were one of the nicest ever. The Golden Key Boutique Hotel puts most USA elegant hotels to shame. Congrats to the owner, front desk clerk, cleaning and staff for a wonderful 3 days stay in your beautiful Karlovy Vary. We will be back. Thank you!

The hotel was impeccably clean, and the facilities were perfect, providing everything we needed for a comfortable experience. What stood out the most was the exceptional service—despite our early check-out before breakfast hours, a staff member kindly prepared a takeaway breakfast for us. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our trip even better. Highly recommended!

The lady at the reception was very helpful. Our family stayed in Apt #1 and Room #204; the Apt #1 was well-furnished and very spacious.

The three-and-a-half-star Hotel Ontario has a 150-year tradition and boasts a unique and quiet location above the famous Mill Colonnade, right in the center of Karlovy Vary. Amazing place to stay in Karlovy Vary. Fabulous location, probably the best in Karlovy Vary. Huge, comfortable rooms. The staf was professional and very helpful. We’ve got an upgrade even without asking it, but it was very much appreciated. It really made our stay! Thank you so much! Breakfast not included in the price and not fabulous, but enough choice. Free parking upon reservation which is a luxury in the city. Highly recommended!

Grandhotel Pupp is an impressive hotel with a tradition dating back to 1701, located in the historical center of Karlovy Vary, 300 meters from the spa colonnade. The Malá Dvorana is a lovely venue, a traditional one in which to have Breakfast. What makes it even more welcoming is they serve Sparkling wine alongside your breakfast buffet. As with Grandhotels, the bedrooms are huge and spacious. The service at the Front Desk is impeccable and all their staff have been most helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed the Spa and Sauna rooms which are modern, comfortable and contemporary. And don't forget to get your perfect Karlovy Vary souvenir, the Grandhotel Pupp Spa Cup!

Falkensteiner Spa Resort Marianske Lazne is located in the heart of Mariánske Lázně, featuring 4 outdoor and indoor pools, sauna area and fitness centre. The hotel is truly beautiful! The staff is very professional, wellness area is excellent, food also as well as the bar. The area around the hotel is really nice. We'll definetly come back.

The hotel was beautiful and the wellness amenities were great. The best thing though, was our dining experience. I believe Denisa is the name of the woman who was taking care of us. She was wonderful, her service was spot on and she took care to remember our preferences. She provided the best dining service I've experienced. I highly recommend adding the meal option to your booking. We did and we're delighted to learn that on top of our breakfast buffet, we also got a three course lunch as well as a three course dinner.
