The lady at the reception was very helpful. Our family stayed in Apt #1 and Room #204; the Apt #1 was well-furnished and very spacious.

Amazing place to stay in Karlovy Vary. Fabulous location, probably the best in Karlovy Vary. Huge, comfortable rooms. The staf was professional and very helpful. We’ve got an upgrade even without asking it, but it was very much appreciated. It really made our stay! Thank you so much! Breakfast not included in the price and not fabulous, but enough choice. Free parking upon reservation which is a luxury in the city. Highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed the Spa and Sauna rooms which are modern, comfortable and contemporary. And don't forget to get your perfect Karlovy Vary souvenir, the Grandhotel Pupp Spa Cup!

In a prime location in the centre of Karlovy Vary, Boutique Hotel Saxonia provides air-conditioned rooms, a terrace, free WiFi and a restaurant. Impeccable service at this hotel!!! This was probably the best experience I've ever had and I travel A LOT. The staff is what makes this hotel stand out. Everyone was super friendly and helping making me feel welcomed and like I was part of a family in the 5 days that I stayed there! I was treated like royalty!! I didn't get everyone's names but everyone from reception desk to the kitchen was awesome. Thank you for making me feel so special and welcomed! Thank you, Sasha, for making me the kasha! 😉 I didn't get a chance to say bye to you! The hotel was beautiful and the wellness amenities were great. The best thing though, was our dining experience. I believe Denisa is the name of the woman who was taking care of us. She was wonderful, her service was spot on and she took care to remember our preferences. She provided the best dining service I've experienced. I highly recommend adding the meal option to your booking. We did and we're delighted to learn that on top of our breakfast buffet, we also got a three course lunch as well as a three course dinner.
