Ideally located in Karlovy Vary, Golden Key Boutique Hotel offers 4-star accommodation close to Market Colonnade and Mill Colonnade. The free breakfast was delicious and the ladies that provided our breakfast were hardworking and friendly. They made sure everything was filled up and clean and appealing. Our room was beautiful, roomy, and a great price. The rain shower and spa like bathroom/shower were one of the nicest ever. The Golden Key Boutique Hotel puts most USA elegant hotels to shame. Congrats to the owner, front desk clerk, cleaning and staff for a wonderful 3 days stay in your beautiful Karlovy Vary. We will be back. Thank you!

The hotel was impeccably clean, and the facilities were perfect, providing everything we needed for a comfortable experience. What stood out the most was the exceptional service—despite our early check-out before breakfast hours, a staff member kindly prepared a takeaway breakfast for us. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our trip even better. Highly recommended!

The lady at the reception was very helpful. Our family stayed in Apt #1 and Room #204; the Apt #1 was well-furnished and very spacious.

The three-and-a-half-star Hotel Ontario has a 150-year tradition and boasts a unique and quiet location above the famous Mill Colonnade, right in the center of Karlovy Vary. Amazing place to stay in Karlovy Vary. Fabulous location, probably the best in Karlovy Vary. Huge, comfortable rooms. The staf was professional and very helpful. We’ve got an upgrade even without asking it, but it was very much appreciated. It really made our stay! Thank you so much! Breakfast not included in the price and not fabulous, but enough choice. Free parking upon reservation which is a luxury in the city. Highly recommended!

The staff is very professional, wellness area is excellent, food also as well as the bar. The area around the hotel is really nice. We'll definetly come back.

The hotel is right in the center, everything was within couple minutes of walking. The staff was nice and the breakfast was great.

Everyone was super friendly and helping making me feel welcomed and like I was part of a family in the 5 days that I stayed there! I was treated like royalty!! The hotel was beautiful and the wellness amenities were great. The best thing though, was our dining experience. I believe Denisa is the name of the woman who was taking care of us. She was wonderful, her service was spot on and she took care to remember our preferences. She provided the best dining service I've experienced. I highly recommend adding the meal option to your booking. We did and we're delighted to learn that on top of our breakfast buffet, we also got a three course lunch as well as a three course dinner.
