Alice was amazing and 100% available all the time.. All the staff was great even though their English was limited. The hotel is in a nice old building, the rooms are simple but nice and clean. It's right in the city centre but you wouldn't feel the noise of the main street from the rooms.

Friendly and polite staff, very welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant served delicious dishes at affordable prices. It is the perfect place to relax for the weekend. The Guandi Family Temple is only a 10min walk from the property, very easy to reach and totally worth the visit. As for other tourism attractions although a bit far, the hotel can recommend drivers and the prices are acceptable.

She helped to direct me to reach the hotel through a shortcut when the main roads were blocked due to overcrowded visitors on the first day of the lunar month. She saved me lots of time to complete my travel plan smoothly.
