The staff here were absolutely incredible. My partner and I had to change our plans because of family reasons and they were so incredibly helpful, kind and generous. We were just so grateful for their help they truly helped us so much. The room, location and hotel were beautiful too, will definitely be visiting again in the future.

Set in Pingyao, 70 metres from Tongxinggong Escort Agency, Elsewhere Hotel Inn Ancient City Center Branch offers air-conditioned rooms and a garden. Everything about it was amazing. First of all, location is absolutly perfect, right in the center of the old town, right next to the crossing of the two main steets. And despite that, we were well isolated from the noise in the evening. The room was very cosy, located at the back of a traditional courtyard. It was spotless and looked great. We even received a lovely little carpackage with local specialities. And last but not least, the personnel was extremely kind and accomodating. Alice gave us all the tips and information on how best to visit Pingyao and helped us with reservations and ticket purchasing, etc…

Friendly and polite staff, very welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant served delicious dishes at affordable prices. It is the perfect place to relax for the weekend. The Guandi Family Temple is only a 10min walk from the property, very easy to reach and totally worth the visit. As for other tourism attractions although a bit far, the hotel can recommend drivers and the prices are acceptable.

I enjoy the mountain view outside the window at the tea table on the windowsill. It is a nice place to have fresh air, cool landscape and inner peace altogether. Most importantly the staff is very helpful. She helped to direct me to reach the hotel through a shortcut when the main roads were blocked due to overcrowded visitors on the first day of the lunar month. She saved me lots of time to complete my travel plan smoothly.
