Primarily came for the spa and the Thermal Waters which were absolutely fantastic! Seven different types of saunas and steam rooms as well as the thermal pools. Meals were varied and delicious and the bed was super comfortable! The staff were all friendly and welcoming.

Pamporovo
A brand new hotel complex that impresses with its stylish furnishings and attention to every detail. Extremely comfortable layout of the apartment with a spacious living room and bedroom, a large terrace with a view of the magical Rhodope Mountains. The restaurant at the complex is still being developed and leaves much to be desired. I would recommend the new Nero complex to the guests of the beautiful Pamporovo resort!
The hosts were very welcoming and helpful with all the questions we threw at them. The rooms are spacious enough with nice view from the balcony. Every area of the hotel was very clean and well maintained. The restaurant offers a great variety of local cuisine and the ingredients were also locally sourced. A great way to experience the Rhodope Mountains.

the property is excellent example of Bulgarian traditions combined with modern twist, excellent place with excellent location in the Rhodope mountains. The in house kitchen is excellent with high quality products, service and taste. I highly recommend it.
The Wi-Fi was better than in other places that we stayed in the Rhodope mountains. The Bulgarian pancake we got for breakfast was very good.

We liked everything in hotel spa Dvoretsa. We had good time. You can spend all day in spa. Three different types of saunas, big open air swimming pool with warm water with hot tubs outside plus gym. Inside is available pool with mineral water. For extra fee available massage. Location is emazing. Hotel is on the top of the hill surrounded by pines with fresh air and nice view. Breakfast is very diverse suitable as for vegetarians as for non. Always friendly staff.

The hotel is very quiet and clean. Good selection for breakfast. The outdoor pool 25m with sunbeds around and more in the garden around. Ample of space for relaxation. The spa center for sure that you will relax and bath rope provided.
The warm Swimming pool is great and they offer sauna, massage and other similar attactions. Rooms are simple but sufficient and price is OK for the place. Outside pool is also great.
The staff was super nice and helpful. The food was very delicious and there was a variety of dishes. First time having such a great gym with so many machines. The view from our window was of the forest and the air was very clean. Got great massages from ladies from Bali.
A perfect place for relax, best scenery ever, close to Yagodina cave and Eagle's eye view point. Very tasty cuisine at the restaurant and the breakfast is delicious! Nice and friendly guys at the reception and restaurant. They offer also horses ride, strongly recommend.
Great spa, excellent mineral water
Everything was excellent. The staff was very polite. The spa was very pleasant. The food was delicious, there were many options. The tomatoes were extremely delicious. The room was comfortable and large. The view from the room to the mountains and hills was nice.
We could not complete our stay this time, but we have visited earlier this year. For me "Infiniti" is a 10. Their team was exceptionally kind to me. We will be visiting again very soon
