Our room had a beautiful view towards the Batak Reservoir, the beds were comfortable and most of the staff was friendly. The hotel has nice interior. We enjoyed the food at breakfast. The SPA facilities work good. The hotel was very busy and there were lots of kids around, so it seems like a good place for a family vacation.

Amazing view! Batak Reservoir is really beautiful, even though we were there during the snowy winter! In the summer I'm sure it is full of water sports options. It is so calming and relaxing! Great place, like 2 hours from Sofia and you will feel the clean air and the wonderful mountains.

Tsigov Chark might have once been a beautiful and peaceful lakeside area, however, these days it is loud and dirty. There is trash all around you, there is no place to walk without a car or quad bike nearly hitting you. Unless you plan on coming to this area to fish in the lake, I would avoid it at all cost.
