Excellent location, modern new building and very responsive and helpful host. The room was spacious, with everything you need for a short stay, bathroom was well-stocked and comfortable, AC was quiet end efficient. I'd absolutely book again if I have to stay in Smolyan.

I had an excellent stay at the hotel in Smolyan. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The décor was modern and inviting, making it feel like a home away from home. It is an amazing quiet place in the mountain. I like visiting in the summer because of the views and hiking opportunities. I prefer staying in areas like Smolyan Lakes rather than the town or Pamporovo as I like to be far from people. There are a lot of hikes and places to visit (with car, short hikes and long ones). A lot of beautiful views.

It was not my first time in Smolyan but my first time coming...
It was not my first time in Smolyan but my first time coming here alone. I have been mostly in warmer months but I have enjoyed some nice weather as well - I managed to do some proper hiking - going to the Nevyastata area and to the Waterfalls Canyon, as well as exploring the Old Town and the New City center. I should confess that the length of the town is quite challenging even for a person who enjoys walking. I had to take a taxi to go to the Nevyastata but I walked back and it took me more than 2 hours. It was worth it though. I would definitely recommend the restaurant Bulgarche.

Smolyan is a beautiful mountain town in which friendly and helpful people live. Many cafes and restaurants with excellent cuisine. Clean air and great views. We are coming here for the third time, and I am sure that we will come here more than once.

Smolqn is a great city with kind and friendly people.
Smolqn is a great city with kind and friendly people. Many cultural places to visit. The national gallery and the theater are awesome. The near by mountains offer many trail walking possibilities and great scenery.
The restaurant Rodopski Kut is very good.
If you have the chance go and see also the 600+ year old plane tree.
It was clean, warm and peaceful, great for a rest.
The best thing out of everything was the staff. The last day we were alone in the hotel and they treated us like royalties!! - bringing food to the room, preparing food only for us, etc. We were just very impressed with the staff! They were great!
Hotel was lovely, good staff. Location was brilliant in the middle of town.

Everything. The hotel has an attractive layout with a very nice restaurant. Breakfast and dinner were very good. The jewel in the crown fir us was the lovely indoor swimming pool, plus sauna and steam room.
