The fact this hotel is located on the top of the mountains is amazing. The rooms all had excellent views of the +3.000m mountains. Moreover, I was impressed that there was breakfast AND dinner included in the price. The food was served with high quality and a great selection from everything and any dietary restrictions.

We recently stayed at this hotel, and while the property itself is well-maintained and the staff incredibly friendly, our experience was marred by an unexpected and disruptive renovation project. Just before our arrival, they began renovating the outdoor swimming pool, which made mornings unbearable due to loud construction noise. The noise also drastically altered the view from our room, replacing the serene mountainscape with a construction site. The hotel did offer a small discount for the inconvenience, but had we known about the renovation before booking, we would have considered canceling our stay entirely. Unfortunately, we weren’t given that option, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the buffet breakfast and dinner were both enjoyable, and the property itself is charming. Still, the noise and the construction site view significantly impacted our overall experience.

Besides brekfast and dinner there is also a coffee/tea break from 1 to 3pm when the cakes, coffee and tea are served also for free. We have highly appreciated this option after outdoor activities. But most of all we have liked the super friendly atmosphere between both the staff and other guests, like we know eachother for years :)

Apartmanovy dom má skutočne vynikajúcu polohy v centre obce. Boli sme na jednu noc a na druhy deň sme odtiaľ vyrážali na Hochalpen strasse popod Grossglockner čiže skvelá voľba pre všetkých ktorí ti plánujú tiež. Apartmán obsahoval všetko čo bolo potrebné. Majitelia tiež veľmi nápomocní. Určite sa radi vrátime znovu.

It is a ski sport hotel. We were there in the summer and spent a great holiday with kids. All day food and drinks are included in the price. Variety of good food. Indoor swimming pool, sauna. Bike rental shop next door. Free parking. There is a lot to do in the neighborhood even in the summer, plenty of paths to hike and bike and other sport activities.
A superb hotel in a wonderful location and an excellent base for a 3 night stay to explore the area. The manageress Moni was brilliant.... helpful, friendly and efficient and assisted superbly by Manu who despite multi-tasking and balancing the service of the bar and the restaurant never made a mistake and was always attentive and smiling..... thank you both. The rooms were brilliant and the restaurant provided excellent meals. The breakfasts were varied and plentiful. Such a great place to stay with excellent staff.

The staff was super kind and helpful, felt welcome from the very first moment. Great location - 300m from the ski lift - clean and cosy rooms with great view. Three choices for dinner menu and last but least the thermarium (sauna) is spectacular.
Very nice host, which also spoke English, excellent room/apartment conditions like kitchenette (with all basic facilities for making yourself a lunch or dinner or a tea etc), large bathroom with bath tub (at least in our case), big room with super nice big place to eat near the window, enough storage places, very clean room and entire Pension, excellent breakfast included from the regular cheese, hams, eggs (only boiled, we would preferred scrambled or eyes eggs but is just a choice) to cereals, fruit salad, multiple bread choices, delicious local jams, coffees, lots of tea options (all the mentioned points regarding the Pension are random, not in any specific order). We choose ourselves this Pension due to the excellent breakfast reviews :D but also due to being close to the Toll area, as we wanted to have a car trip to Franz Josef Höhe (which is 17 km away from the accommodation) but also to take the entire 50 km mountain road by car and get to Kaprun eventually.
we had a wonderful time. people were friendly. we are going to return.
