The accommodation features spa facilities, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. The apartment is clean, spacious and well-equipped. The furniture is very comfortable. It is mere steps from the metro, and is a nice area. The staff are pleasant and helpful.

Please note that dogs are allowed upon request and subject to approval. The maximum weight is 25 kg. A charge of €35 per night will be applied (maximum of 1 dog per room). Guide dogs free of charge. Cats are not accepted. The staff support, politeness and cooperation is outstanding . Additionally the room cleanliness along with the replenishment of items be it at bathroom, coffee section is maintained. The location is superb 👌🏻. I have to say that am a regular customer for NH collection chain and specially in Frankfurt .. this NH collection branch exceeds by far the standards compared to frankfurt ( which is completely deteriorated and getting miserable by years!!) I recommend it becomes the example to follow from staff to support to cleaning to everything !

Our room was absolutely stunning and we were given a free upgrade to a Junior Suite, due to them carrying out maintenance work on the room we had booked. You wouldn’t know any work was being done as noise was kept to a minimal and there was no disruption to the amenities.
